Tufting was done so unprofessionally that the 4 buttons are not centered, leaving the distance from the sides to be unequal. 6. No accountability; when we called to ask for these mistakes, their answer was "it looked ok, we don't know what happened?" 7. Lost the zipper we gave them, and cannot find them. Now we need to find the same fabric, and get the cushion done again. Use them if you are rich and don't care about quality.

Finally, after confirming the details on a call in the evening and mentioning that we needed to go to the bank before sending a check the next day, we received an email at noon asking for a specific time when it would be sent. That level of pressure was unnecessary, especially when we had specified that we were not in any rush. When we raised this, the response was that "it is his job... and that he has spent a lot of time...". From our perspective, the job should be to get the details right and follow up at a respectful pace. We do not feel comfortable moving forward with such a significant expense through a company that comes across as pushy and inconsistent. If this is how the order process is handled, it raises concerns about how the product would be delivered and how the rest of the process would unfold. There are so many options for Murphy Beds and suchlike in NYC without pushy salespeople. 1st star for Anastasia and 2nd star for the product designs.

I especially liked their mirrored glass coffee table. There was a sliding door on the side of the rectangle to allow you display items inside. And I loved their layered bookcase. It looked like someone glued multiple boxes to create a unique bookcase. I would recommend coming in for design ideas. One problem I had with the store was that nothing had a price tag except a couple of decanters ($800). We had no idea how much the sofa or any of the furniture would cost. Also, the staff was scarce.
