Kevin H was our rep and when we told him what our preferences were and the brands we were there to see, he was diligent and kind and funny. he showed us all the models he thought would be good for us, not just the ones we asked to try out. We ended up settling on a mattress that WASN'T the one that we came there to see after his recommendation that was just perfect for what we needed. He offered us lots of different payment options and we got the mattress for a deal! this was by far the best mattress shop we've been to and the best customer experience that we've had during our mattress journey. I have had two incorrect products delivered. I ordered an avocado green mattress in firm. Initially they sent me the medium and after some weeks of waiting, they delivered the Extra Firm specialty mattress, both not the product I had ordered. I'm not sure what is going on but it seems like there is a lot of confusion about the avocado mattress product lineup. I'm hoping the issue can be resolved promptly. read more
