Julie was working the front and she immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She talked me through the experience, showed me the different types of saunas, different temperature cold plunge tubs, where the towels were, lockers, water, etc. She then helped me work through some breathing techniques before and throughout the plunge, counting down the time for me (there's even a neat phone holder to record your plunge).
