She kept wanting to refer me for physical therapy & a clinic...WHAT INSURANCE AM I GOING TO USE?!?!! I repeatedly told her I wasn't going to have insurance & she continued to insist on treatment rather than medication & I get it that's probably better for me but I'm not going to have coverage to maintain it. When I came to this clinic, they didn't just fix me. They gave me my life back in a since. They started me off on a very good dose of T based off my blood work. Im familiar with testosterone levels and how it works. This clinic is no bullshit they make sure your test levels are going to get between average and high, but never super physiological. they will find your sweet spot after about 6 months or less and all you need to do is keep coming for your treatment, they are flexible and it's okay to miss days. The providers are smart and respectful they explain to you what's going on. they take your blood work in time periods to ensure the bio markers and hormones are where they should. The reviews that you read on this you MUST know come from old degenerate morons who know absolutely nothing at all about hormones and blood work. They probably don't have a life and give the nurses shit with their lack of understanding and then can't pay for their treatment do to personal issues and that's not the clinics problem. I get a veterans discount and I see plenty of cops come through here for their treatment as well. The main reason I wanted to make this review was because people need to know the negative reviews are ignorant crazy people who think hormone treatment is a magic solution to their garbage lifestyle. The office manager/nurse KC was very informative and finally helped me as I waited in pain, bleeding, .. for over 2 hours. Only one medical staff on site a nurse practitioner. She seemed very overwhelmed. I prefer PA's or of MD's. Don't waste your time here UPDATE: Since I waited 2 days for my results of my X-rays I decided had to contact Alamo Urgent Care instead. I was told by a NP my X-rays were fine. I didn't feel confident I received the proper medical care, so I tried to see my PCP, but they were closed. Sooo I went to NextCare Urgent care location Culebra/Lone Star PKWY. I am so glad I did! What a wonderful experience. The front staff very welcoming and helpful! The Nurse absolutely fabulous and very caring, then the PA very cool, kind, caring, and knowledgeable! My X-rays they took showed my thumb IS broken! Thank you NextCare on Culebra/Lone Star parkway for being the Urgent Care we all need during unforeseen events.

I've spent a month trying to coordinate a health care specialist with them but everytime they refer me to a doctor i call to make the appointment and it's not in network. I had my insurance company call innovative primary care directly to provide a specialist in network yet innovative primary care tells me they are not in there network. Not sure how that is if my blue cross blue shield agent called them directly to provide the doctors names and information.The response and follow up has been minimal on there end and when i do call frustrated with the service i am told they have other patients, Well hey i've been waiting to be seen by a specialist for over a month now. Care providers should be better than this and the staff that sits in front should be doing more than joking around and start utilizing their time better to serve patients with scheduling needs. The 2 times i have been in the facility i was not impressed. I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone. Not only do they provide insufficient service they are liars too. Read there comments on my google review stating I didn't have insurance these people are a pathetic establishment and will blatantly lie to try to protect there own negligence. I had insurance yall just can't do your jobs correctly. None of y'all especially whoever responded to my google review should be employed in a medical setting.
