We bought a day pass - LOVED After my group arrived we started in the sauna for 39 minutes. Then we went into another room for LED Masks and Compressions. Next we did a foot detox and ended with hanging out in the large salt cave. The owner made us tea and gave us chocolates. There's no music playing it's very quiet. I wouldn't recommend more then two people go at a time as most rooms are centered around just two people. We had a great time and spent about four hours total here with the day pass.
