However, prices are going up in a month a couple bucks, so keep that in mind. They have small, medium, and large rooms. The medium room seems like a large to me. We got 7 people in there with amps. Unlike many rehearsal studios, this one provides a snare, in case you don't want to lug yours. I've seen the owner with a double bass pedal but am not sure if that is able to be used or you have to pay extra. The owner is pretty friendly. There is even a record store attached to the rehearsal studios. The only problem I've found was parking. Sometimes I get lucky and find a spot right out front, and sometimes I have to park all the way around the block. Still, it's totally worth checking out. Recommended for band practice.

Since my previous reviews: 1. The bathrooms still are FILTHY 90% of the time. To the point where girls would rather piss in the parking lot than use the bathroom. READ THAT LINE AGAIN. Trash piled up high for days. 2. The vending machines haven't been filled since 2018. 3. The overall vibe is "musical slumlord." And that bleeds into your music creatively. It's not completely soundproof, so you have to picc and choose when to record, especially if your neighboring rooms are bass heavy or burgeoning roccstars. there's no real common areas, so you're basically in your room all day, or standing outside. No place to put flyers or vibe and congregate to collab. No arcade games. Just rooms. Like I said before. If you just need 4 walls to jam, this place is good for just that.
