We visited 4 different local companies & our first impression of LoveSeat was the best & put it in "1st place" for our business, but another company beat their price by a couple hundred dollars so we went with someone else. This other company basically just eye-balled what we wanted done & their written estimate seemed "off"; the yardage needed seemed way too low & we were curious/worried they'd try to correct this once they started the job. After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around. Final result? We Love our new seats & would recommend them in a heartbeat! Next time we'll head here first, lesson learned!
