I had so much hair to work with but I was given a high fade and it was so uneven. I didn't ask for it to be fixed because it was already cut too short. I legitimately believe the barber was under the influence of drugs. He was saying strange things repetitively. I will not be coming back. I'm using my wife's account to post this. I don't have yelp, but I had to leave a review cause this is so bad.

So he suggested Lucas at The Den Barbershop. Hell, Seth found the shop on my phone and even helped me book a same-day appointment with his buddy Lucas. (Note: Anyone business owner that eagerly recommends others, even their competitors, is a good person in my book. Be sure to look up Broken Blades next to Starbucks!) I arrived and played with the house dog a few minutes before my appointment. Lucas sat me down and asked what I was looking for. Mainly I just gripped about all the hair I'm losing cause I'm getting old and after poking at my head a little bit, he said, "I can make this look like you're not losing all that hair." (My internal reaction: "Huh?! How??"). But since Seth recommended him so highly, I just told him to go for it. Since he saw me watching one of the television screens in the shop, I think he purposely turned my seat so I faced it and he did his work. When he was done, he turned me back to the mirror and I was speechless. I was honestly speechless because I haven't gotten as good of a haircut like this in the last ten years. I walked in and asked a barber if he had time for a mid skin fade; he said yes and told me to take a seat. Literally 10 seconds after sitting in the chair, he asked me to get up because one of his "regulars" walked in. When I asked if the person had been waiting before me, he admitted no, but said he had to take care of his regular first. To make matters worse, while I was waiting, another barber became free but simply walked out to smoke a cigarette instead of helping the people waiting. It's clear they don't value new customers or basic professional courtesy. I won't be back.
