I paid to ship a large package and after one day of it not tracking (label created, UPS awaiting…read moreshipment) I reached out to the store. They insisted that I wait to file a claim or to begin an investigation (search for the package inside the store or review their cameras to see if the package left the store). It has been almost 3 weeks and my package was never scanned into the UPS system. It has been presumably lost or stolen and the UPS investigation has not shown any evidence that the box left their store with a UPS driver; it has not been found in a warehouse either. The management offered no refund and despite numerous calls to the store, they have not returned my calls. I have subsequently opened a formal complaint with UPS store corporate office, initiated a chargeback with my card issuer, and filed a police report. After paying over $100 to ship an item, the least I can expect is that the service is received. Please approach this store with caution if you are shipping packages!!!
