Made a stop here on a Saturday evening because I had to make a return via "Happy Returns" which staples assist with, they repackage it and ship it out. The staff member who assisted me was ok, he got my info and package ready to go. The store itself isn't very tidy, I noticed a few shelfs very low in items, needed some restocking for sure. I waited for a good 15 minutes until it was my turn and it was not packed but service was slow. Parking lot is pretty big, but can get busy during peak hours. Staples is known best to carry many office/school supplies however, some items can be pricey such as markers/"sharpies" but if in need, they most likely carry it. 3/5 visit experience for me overall read more

This is my favorite local Staples location. It literally has it all! From colored labels to office supplies I know I can stop by and pick up items I need for both home and work. I recently wanted to enlarge an old image and Brian at the copy and print center was able to help me get the job done! He was very welcoming, approachable and didn't hesitate to help me find the correct size and print my image. I've also printed banners in the past and love how easy and breezy the whole process is. One of my favorite sections in the store is their clearance area all the way in the back. They have multiple daily essentials for the fraction of the price. I had to do a few returns today and luckily I came to this Staples. Michael deserves a raise. When I showed up to the front desk, he walked me through the return process with patience and kindness. I had messed up and accidentally made one of the returns only returnable through a UPS store and he fixed it for me and made it so their store Could do it for me. He was an incredible ambassador for the Store itself and just a genuinely kind and affable man. I was so grateful. I came over to do some printing jobs. Upon entering, I saw that the DIY machine was not busy. I chose the machine that is kind of remote, so nobody will bother me. I was able to finish what I came for without a hassle. I prefer to do my printing jobs at Staples for the sole reason that their papers are crisp and thicker. I went to staples earlier today to purchase a certain paper for my business. Of course, I get the wrong one. i went back later in the afternoon and tried to return it, but I come to find out they will not take this certain product as a return. I didn't know what ti do and then Michelle came in to save the day!!! She explained to me why they do not take returns on this and I totally understood and it was my bad that this happened. I came here with someone and I really had to the restroom so the first thing I did was ask the worker lady if they had a restroom and she said no. The two other stores in the same plaza had the same answer. So while I was waiting for my friend to use the office area and I had to use the restroom, I had to walk to the Jack in the Box across the street to find an available restroom. When I came back to Staples and I told my friend that I had to go across the street to use the restroom, she said that she just used the one in Staples. I sort of get that maybe they're trying to keep maybe the homeless people away from messing up the restrooms, but to deny one customer access and to let another customer use it is an issue. read more

Went here to complete my tsa application and it was quick and easy. I did the application online so all i did was verify my documents, scan my finger prints and then take my picture. Came here just to recycle print cartridges and my non working computer monitor. This place is easy to get to, big parking lot and nice staff. I found a worker to help me and she gave took my items and placed stickers on them. I guess if you have an account, which I didn't, you can get credit for recycling. I stopped by this Staples to see if I can print out some RSVP card since the other Staples in Granada Hills ran out of the paper I was using. This Staples said they don't carry that same paper and that different Staples carry different papers which I didn't know that. The person was helpful regardless and understanding about it so I appreciated that. I walked around the store to look around and I notice that a lot of items are more expensive here than other stores. They did have some nice computer chairs in the store. There plenty of parking here and wearing mask is highly recommended. read more
