BEWARE!! I brought in a package that was a return to COACH it had two coach purses I hand the package to the lady at the counter and she asked me what was in the box I answered that it was 2 purses and that I need a receipt. She hand a receipt that I assumed it was correct and when COACH didn't get their return I found out that she had give me a receipt that belong to someone else. At the time I spoked to the store #5626 about it and they treated me as I was lying even though I had the receipt that she had give me. They told me the Owen was on vacation and to wait. I ended up losing time to be able to file a claim and I was out of $250. This store is NOT TRUSTWORTHY BEWARE! read more

This place is a joke there is a young lady in there refused to take my Amazon drop off saying it's full. She noticed I was carrying a big box and was not willing to help instead she said the store is full when I can clearly see they have room. She made me carry the box back to my car that was definitely not cool. Why stay open when u can't take packages that's what ups does. It was 1/25/2025 at 5:10. Oh man, let me tell you about my experience at the UPS store. I walked in there with some USPS packages, feeling all confident because I had googled beforehand and saw on their website that they could ship USPS packages. But let me tell you, it was like I was asking for a Big Mac at a KFC - they looked at me like I was speaking a whole different language. I was all like, "Can you ship these USPS packages for me?" And they were like, "Nah, man, we can't do that. It could get lost, and it'll cost you an extra 20 bucks." I was like, "What? But your website said you could do it!" And they just shrugged their shoulders like, "Sorry, bro, not our problem." I mean, come on, UPS store, get your act together. Don't be advertising that you can ship USPS packages on your website if you can't actually do it. It's like false advertising, or as we say in real life, a straight-up lie. But you know what, I ain't even mad. I just had to laugh at the situation. It was like a scene straight out of a comedy sketch. I could almost hear the laugh track playing in the background. So, in conclusion, I gotta give the UPS store website a 1-star review for lying to me, but I gotta give the actual store a big deuce-star review for giving me a good laugh by acting like they saw a ghost. This is my go-to UPS store ! I've been coming here for years and Claudia is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came in today to do my fingerprints for my job clearance and I received the best customer service from Vanessa and Claudia . I was having a very hard time with the machine and with the positioning of my hand and they were both very patient and helped me reposition my fingers when I needed to. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Ethan and Gio were rude and snappy. I came in with a package that needed to be sent out. I even called ahead to make sure they would be open later. I walked in with several minutes to spare, carrying my package, and IMMEDIATELY, Gio (young girl with long black hair) told me my box was too big to be shipped. There's no way! I do this all the time at UPS stores. Then Ethan chimed in to tell me the store was closed and to leave. It wasn't even 5:30 yet! I stayed calm, asked for their names and turned to leave. I was so mad!! Not only were they completely inappropriately rude but they completely lacked customer service skills. Another woman came in after me, hearing them try to argue with me and spoke up for me. Thank you to the kind lady. I will never go to the UPS store again and you shouldn't either!! We're AMAZING!!!! The store was very busy, it was only 2 of them there. Giovanna and Edgar was brand new, only been there 1 day. The line kept growing and growing. Giovanna and Edgar remained calm, explained to customers that it was only 2, and 1 was new. Many customers were very patient. 1 customer was very rude and impatient. She felt she can go before any of us and entitled. When actually I was the first one here and waited calmly. Edgar started to help me package, Giovanna continued. Giovanna wrapped my son's package with love. She also helped a customer wrap and ship a huge package. She made sure it was wrapped securely. I've been coming here for a couple of times now. Workers seem out of it, no energy but so far have been nice. Came in 1/28/25 . There was a line to the door. A lady (worked) comes in and went straight to raising her voice asking "so who's here for drop off!?" Had such a sarcastic voice treating all in line as if we were kids learning how to use the self drop off. Telling us "come around and pay attention so you wont let us see a line!" "All you need to do is come and go" . Would just snatch stuff out of my hand to scan and what not. Basically.. that tone, the attitude, the sarcasm, the body language was not professional. I didn't even want to look at her, all I can remember was MAYBE kinda long wavy hair.. light color, skinny, don't remember if she had glasses , again it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional I didn't even want to look at her I just looked down. I understand working in customer service can be stressful (I've done it for very long time before) but if you can't keep frustrating to the side and give the customer service you should give, find another job. If you're not happy where you're at, quit! Leave it for people who can give a smile as not seem annoyed for people coming in, because that's all it seemed like she did. read more

Quick and easy process on dropping off my Amazon return order. This is the closest UPS store to my house and I been here a number of times already so it's my ideal location to go to. Parking situation is great here since it's in a plaza with a lot of parking spots. They have a sign on the door that says only 2 customers are allowed inside but some people don't read that so I don't know if it's enforce. There was only 1 person ahead of me when I went in but the process went quick. I drop my Amazon order on the counter and the lady working the front give me a receipt. She was polite, wore a mask and gloves during these covid times. read more
