It's July 15, I've been dealing with this office since the beginning of March. When I was first referred, I was told it would be a month wait! I understood a month wait as there's a multitude of kids that are needing therapy. After a month, I reached out again and they stated the month wait has now turned into a 6-month wait due to the fact they only had two providers and one was going out on maternity leave. I then asked them why it was originally a one month wait, since surely they knew this pregnant provider would be leaving. They then admitted to me that they had another provider onboarding and would keep me posted about the wait times. As you can see in the screenshots, I reached out to the office multiple times, often getting no response until I called. I kept pressure on them, again and again, they kept coming up with issue after issue after issue, until they straight up finally decided they won't be taking my insurance, even though it's been confirmed multiple times they're contracted with my insurance. So I just wasted 4 months of my time because this office and their terrible customer service decided to string me along. If you care about getting your child the help they need, don't bother with this fucked up place. I'm also going to report this office for HIPAA violation. As you can see they're careless and sent me a form with somebody else's information on there.

At that visit, we were told they would arrange in-home ABA therapy for our son. For the next seven months, there was no proactive follow-up or clear communication. I was always the one calling or checking in. Each time, we were told to "wait." In July 2025, an employee admitted they were having difficulty finding a therapist and said she would reach out to other facilities for help. After nearly a year of waiting, on August 26, 2025, they informed us that they do not have the capability to find us a therapist and suggested that we start over and contact other providers ourselves. This means we lost almost an entire year of critical therapy time for our child during a window when early intervention matters most. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing and irresponsible. Parents, please go elsewhere if you want an ABA provider who truly cares about your child's wellbeing and respects your family's time. I would give zero star if I could. P.S. to your reply I feel like you kept giving us excuses. In the beginning, you told us the wait time would be three months. At no point did you tell us that you were not capable of finding an in-home ABA therapist. From the very start, we made it clear that clinic sessions were not an option because our child goes to school during the day. You kept reassuring us that we were first in line for a therapist when one became available, which gave us false hope. I don't understand why you weren't honest from the beginning that you didn't have the ability to provide one. If you had told us the truth, I would have sought help elsewhere. Instead, you wasted my son's precious time--time he could have been receiving therapy. I am beyond disappointed and have completely given up on this therapy center. Please do not give parents false hope.

I consider us very lucky to have gotten appointments at My Turn. Not sure what the issue is but…read morewhen I contacted speech therapists for appointments, many were booked for months, 6 months!! Or unresponsive. My Turn ALWAYS answered their phone. They were clear, honest, and professional from the start. They told me what to expect and followed through. We were able to get an assessment after 2-3 months and once assessed, able to get appointments right away. We like our therapist, Jennifer, who is bright and kind and always ready with a smile. My daughter does seem to be speaking more, along with going to preschool, her language abilities have widely expanded since 6 months ago when she started. Appointments are only 30 minutes though and parents are expected to wait in the waiting room. Which is fine b/c 30 minutes go by fast. They also have tissue and plenty of seating, some in a sunny area, which is very nice. But realistically the appointments are closer to 25 minutes. I wish they were longer since it's a drive for us but overall I'm happy with her progress and feel confident about coming here.

Also they have a great schedule and routine where the child knows what's coming next and has taught my child how to was their hands been then I could have ever. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do and are passionate and that person is Ryan. He goes above and beyond in communication from planning ahead, to following up, and to even last minute changes. Hannah, my daughter is able to say and associate 15 words in only three months with just 2 visits a month. And ryan is super patient and extremely engaged with hannah. Even when my kid is cranky bcuz of lack of sleep or is just hungry. I'm so grateful for ryan and appreciate everything he has done so far

Torri came back in to discuss a surgery date and she noticed right away that my son was crying. She was really patient and helped to answer any questions he had. She also called me the next day to not only explain my bill but also asked me how my son was doing. You don't really get that type of patient care anymore. Sometimes you feel like just a number but with her I genuinely felt like she really cared about my son and what he was going through. Thank you Torri!

My toddler took off his feeding tube and we didn't notice for 2 hours. Couldn't get the new one in…read moreso off to the ER. Met Dr. Erik Peason there. The hole had closed enough that he could only get it open to 12 instead of the 14 that the replacement tube was. Put a temp 12 in which worked with all our accesories. Went into the office a week later to get a permanent 14 in. We stood in front of my son and before I could even blink he had the old one out and the new one in. It was like those tap to pay cards, he tapped the button and it was changed. My son was born with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and it was great to meet a surgeon who has done a lot of surgeries on CDH kids and is local. It was also great to know that there are non-surgical ways to get a feeding tube in if the hole closes.

Many have been patient, friendly and thorough but Dr. Naiman takes it a step up by being entertaining. Granted the waits can be a bit much, its worth it. He has a lot of knowledge and will give you suggestions and tell you which he would choose and why. The nurses are also very courteous and welcoming. The wait was short. They brought us back and and weighed the two older kids while I undressed the baby. After weight and height we waited about 5 minutes before the doctor came in. He spoke to each kid one by one and treated them so well. The kids enjoyed him. He was easy to talk to and explained things thoroughly. He seemed to have an unlimited amount of patience. A friend of mine had hired Lisa and raved about her. We trusted Lisa with our entire breastfeeding journey and it was the best decision we could have ever made for our family. She helped us with everything. She met with us multiple times throughout my pregnancy to ensure we were prepared and ready for birth! When the day came to have my first daughter Lisa came to the hospital immediately after I gave birth. She helped me nurse for the first time. She walked me through everything. She supported our family in ways I never knew I needed. She advocated for me for post partum care and she immediately noticed that my baby has a tongue tie. She quickly called our pediatrician that she had recommended and she got us in the next day to get that corrected. She provided me with a nipple shield and all of the advice and everything I needed for our first night in the hospital. Lisa text me all night long to check on me. She came back the next day and then came to our home the day after that. We had to supplement for one day and Lisa walked us through that entire process. For two weeks she was there for every question at any time of the day. After a few weeks it calmed a bit but Lisa still remained there for support honestly forever. Because of Lisa I went on to nurse my first for nearly 3 years. Without her guidance, love and support I would have quit on night one. The tongue tie made it painful. But Lisa was there and assured me it would get better and it did. 4 years later I had another Baby and again we hired Lisa! Again she did the same! She supported us and our family every step of the way! With our second she struggled for a long time with severe eczema. Lisa was there for us the whole way! She helped us on our journey to get our daughter better! 3 years later came our third and Lisa is still here supporting our family! Except she is not only our Lactation Consultant she has become family! We love her so much and appreciate the love and support she has given to our family! ! She is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field. We love that she is straight to the point and gives you the best advice even if it's not always what you want to hear. If you hire Lisa you will get the best care for your babies hands down! Because of her I have been a nursing mom for almost 10 years! But because of that I did some research while pregnant with my son because I was prepared for a disaster! That is how I managed to find Lisa, and honestly believe she has been a blessing. She came to my house BEFORE my son was born and sat with me and my husband for a few hours going over every detail that would help us be prepared to have a smooth, successful delivery, breast feeding experience and everything that goes along with it. I love that she is straight forward and to the point because i don't know any new/expecting mom that has time to mess around with flakiness or guess work. She will always give you facts backed by research and answer all your questions no matter how silly they seem. She also has meet ups for support and many other resources she offers for support. Not only did she help me with my breast feeding issues, but she helped me deal with my insurance company AND she came to the hospital when I was in labor! I swear I don't know when this woman sleeps!
