As food halls are all the craze, it was pretty cool to learn that Fork Forty is Salem's first food hall. It is a cozy food hall featuring six of Salem's best eateries in the historic Gray-Building - which I also learned is a building that has a long history of eateries that have occupied its spaces over the years. So, it's only natural that this food hall graced this historic building. What a unique legacy to be a part of. There is a water station with cups for patrons that want water only. There's also a bar within the food hall - so, if you wanted some libations with your eats, that was also an option.
