I'm starting with the Smoked Carpaccio (think of roast beef strips) Made with New York Strip steak and topped with pickled onion & herb relish, fried garlic chips, lemon almond salt and parmesan. The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch.
