It's cash only, or you could write a check with a form of ID (so the sign says). You walk in and are told you can sit anywhere you like. A waitress comes and takes your order at the table. They offer all you can eat catfish and coleslaw. I opted for that one "Adult fish plate" for $12.50. The waitress said I could go get coleslaw at a cold bar. The coleslaw was a little sweet for my taste. The food came out and the catfish was plentiful and good. I only could eat one plate. Worthy of note: there is a sign that says "No smoking" but that may have been a suggestion - or smoking was tolerated. Because the table next to me, there was an old grandma with a lit cig smoking. I believe in Kentucky they do have a law that smoking is not allowed in businesses but like I said, this place is isolated and in a hollow, so I doubt any fuss is made about it.
