Food was good and so was the service. The ambiance really wasn't too my style but good seafood makes up for it.

Just ate there for the first time today. I got fried shrimp basket and my husband got a catfish po boy. First off, the waiter forgot us and I had to ask someone to go get him. My shrimp was not good and my husband's catfish wasn't soaked and was muddy tasting. Then I dipped a fry into my cocktail sauce and there was something that strung from it. It looked like a hair to me but I was assured it was a piece of plastic. The waiter went and got the manager and she said it was a piece of plastic from a french fry bag and thanked me for bringing it to their attention and walked off and didn't even offer to take any off the bill. Mind you, we had only eaten 1/2 the food. $42.37 and still hungry. Never again. Do not go here! read more

I love juicy. We came in Wednesday night and ordered what we normally do. Mild house on a crab leg shrimp combo. And it came out so hot. We could hardly eat it. My Wife refused to let me say anything because she did not want to embarrass herself or them. I was able to eat part of it because I have a higher tolerance, but she was not. I ended up having to stop somewhere on my way home to get her something else to eat. The problem I have is consistency. I have came in in order the same thing and it come out like garlic butter and this time it came out so hot you can't eat it. We love this place. We love the atmosphere, the service and of course the delicious food. Each time we have visited, we were greeted by the friendly Chinese manager/hostess. The waitresses are always friendly, helpful and created such a welcoming atmosphere and experience. This time, we also ordered food for a group of 16 people to be served at our place. We did not know what to order and how much food to order. The manager was extremely helpful and patient as she created a fantastic assortment of delicious seafood for us to order. She did not try to out sell us and was very honest as to what would taste great for a large to go order. Yes, it is expensive, have you been to. Red Lobster lately. Good seafood is never cheap. Our server excellent, the food was top of the charts, I left wearing as much as I ate. This place was actually amazing. My sister and I went after a day at the nearby mammoth caves and we were hungry like rabid dogs. We ordered the calamari, alligator, and a seafood boil of clams and crayfish. It was absolutely delicious. We devoured that stuff like crazed animals at a food eating competition. I felt like a mukbanger YouTuber shoveling food faster into my mouth than should be humanly possible. I was temporarily possessed by the holy spirit itself and ascended to the gates of heaven above while sitting in that graffitied booth. We picked apart those crayfish like starved wild hyenas attacking a rotting carcass in a barren savannah. Not one clam was left unturned and not one kernel of corn unconsumed. The corn and potatoes were so good we ate them in just a few bites each, soaking up the delicious garlicky juices. The corn pulled off the cob so easily the only word to describe it was tender. The alligator, fries, and calamari were crunchy and flavorful. I felt like an Evergladian python eating my body weight in reptile. Overall, the food was so absolutely fabulous that I fell into a food coma the second I left the restaurant. The service was also amazing. We were greeted and seated very quickly, the server was friendly and brought refills for our waters without asking. We were very happy with our visit to Juicy Seafood. the shrimp cocktail was fresh and firm. i always order horseradish on the side so I can doctor up my to the spice level I like. We got the Snow Crabs. The crab legs were smaller than I am used to but they were tasty. We only ordered one claws meal. It comes with 2 clusters, 2 potatoe, and 2 corn. We split it and It was plenty for the two of us since we got the shrimp cocktail. The restaurant was clean and it had comfortable seats. Our server was a little off. She said she was new. Food is a little pricey for what you get. My daughter and I came at lunch time because she has been wanting to go for several months and I figured it would be cheaper at that time with lunch specials. For $100 for 2 people to have undersized, overcooked, Snow crab, Shrimp, soggy corn, and overcooked potatoes is a little much. If I had to pick one decent part of the meal it was the shrimp. This is an awesome and delicious place to go to for your own custom pick on what you want in your low country boil. You get to pick the amount (A 1/2 pound or 1 pound) of what seafood and meats you want to eat.2 corns and red potatoes . How spicy you want it to mild to extra hot. What seasonings you want from Cajun to Juicy Special. My husband had a 1/2 pound of shrimp with the heads off and a 1/2 pound of sausage . The spicy was mild and the seasoning was Cajun and Garlic butter. I had a fried shrimp basket with spicy onion rings a d hush puppies. Good god damn now that's some solid seafood! We started with some hushpuppies which where kind of a disappointment especially for $5 but we pushed through. I order the combo c (1/2lb of crab and 1lb of shrimp). It came juicy style which was a combo of Cajun and lemon pepper seasoning with garlic butter. You also got a choice of heats so I opted for medium. The shrimp and crab were bursting with flavor and the medium heat gave the seasonings another level of flavor. We are seafood lovers and have tried numerous seafood places everywhere, including NYC, DC, Boston, and SF. This one has the best price-quality ratio so far! I was really excited about this place opening up but not anymore. I ordered a combo special that included crab, lobster, sausage and shrimp and also ordered a dozen steamed oysters. Smh and never again will I ever go back!!! I spent approximately $68.70 and when I got home to try to enjoy this food I was pissed! I ate 2 oysters to find out they were spoiled they tasted really really fishy! I grew up on an island surrounded by the ocean and ate seafood weekly along with bigger oysters that we cooked so I know first hand what they should taste like! I do not recommend this place to anyone! I called the restaurant to let them know not even wanting my money back and all he said was "OK" didn't even apologize and or try to rectify the situation! We went here last night as I've been craving some great crawfish and shrimp since I heard it was going to open in BG. I got two pounds of the crawfish and one pound of the shrimp with heads on. Both were delicious. The crawfish were better than most I've gotten in Texas and New Orleans when in season. All of the crawfish were large and none had any broken shells. The shrimp with heads on had so much flavor. This place will be now going into the normal rotation of restaurants to eat at! If you like seafood you need to check this place out. It puts Steamers to shame with the quality and taste. I recommend getting it flavored with the juicy sauce. read more

First time visitors! We loved it- definitely a place we'll try to come to once a month! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Atmosphere was fun! We chose our own combos, my daughter had a 1/2 lb shrimp and 1 lobster tail, I had 1 pound clams and a lobster tail, my husband had a fried scallop basket, we also ordered hush puppies for the table. I LOVED the way they serve the food- VERY COOL! My only complaint was the waitress seemed nervous and she " forgot " my lobster tail??? The Sweet potato fries my hubby got he said tasted like frozen Aldi ones ( he wasn't impressed) and the clams were THE SMALLEST clams I had EVER seen in my life! However I felt everything tasted yummy!! Very flavorful!! When the hostess seated us she brought a large marker for us to sign the wall with- how fun!!! This review is only for the catfish basket w/ Cajun fries and hush puppies. My bf and I ordered the same thing. We've been craving some good catfish, that is not what we got. The catfish is not a traditional southern catfish, idk what you would call it. It's unseasoned and fried in flour... Not cornmeal. It was soggy, bland, and sad. The Cajun fries weren't Cajun seasoned... they were just regular fries and they were also soggy and sad. The hush puppies were actually made right and may have been okay if they weren't burnt and tasted like burnt oil. The only thing that was edible out of this whole ordeal was some of the fries. My cats wouldn't even touch the catfish. The takeaway: disappointed and a waste of $30. read more
