I had a two fold issue: I needed an outlet replaced (easy) and I needed a new ceiling fan install, including the wiring, etc. I hit yelp, and based on reviews, gave The Electrical Pros a call. First off, Miro didn't make me wait all day. That was lovely! Second, he fixed the outlet in a matter of minutes. Woot! Then came the hard part, as the ceiling fan was to be put in an upstairs bedroom that has a vaulted ceiling, and access is tricky. But, he did it! And it looks amazing! Wow, these electricians are awesome! We had a really difficult light location in our office. The bulbs needed to be replaced but because of the high ceiling above our staircase, it was complicated. We even had a couple other electricians previously come to take a look at it and they both said that it's not going to work. But they didn't even try to get up there to see if it was possible. So I looked up other local electricians and found The Electrical Pros. And I'm so glad I did! I called the evening before and asked if they can send someone out as soon as possible, so they were able to schedule me in for the next morning. I was happy about that since this one light has been out for almost a month now. Kaz was great, he said the light was going to be tricky to get up there with the ladder, which I knew it would be, but he said he would still try. We had been having electric issues with a section of house for some time. We've even had a handyman with "electrical expertise" work on it with some limited success. To be honest, we were tried to avoid hiring a real electrician because we wanted to avoid what we assumed was a real electrian cost. Did a great job requiring a room and setting up a ceiling fan and some new ceiling lights.

An electrician came to my home to perform a job he told me he could complete at a previously scheduled appointment. He ended up not being able to complete the job but had been up on a ladder to access the panel he needed to view. While on the ladder, he was able to view my neighbor's backyard and their outdoor TV and speakers. After going out to his truck to look for parts, he tried to get into my neighbor's back yard. I did not know this until my neighbors came over the next day and showed me the footage from their home cameras. He spent at least 20 seconds trying to manipulate their lock to gain entry. He had no justification for doing so. I called the company and informed them of his actions and was told the manager would call me back. The manager did not call me back. They called my neighbors and said the electrician was confused as to which house he was working on. He has been to my home twice. He was not confused! They didn't ask to see the video and simply accepted his petty excuse as a valid reason. Bad business! You have lost a customer. If your worker's actions are questionable, you should at least look into the incident and follow up with customers as they were promised. read more

All other electricians in the area quoted us over $1000 more for the same job!! Look no further than John and his team - you'll be pleased from start to finish. We recently moved and were looking to update the light fixtures throughout our new home, add recessed lighting, pendant fixtures, etc. I called a total of 3 electricians for estimates. The first 2 came in OVER $1000 more than John at the Electrical Pros. I'm so glad that I ended up contacting him last minute, because he gave us a great rate and even offered to install updated LED retrofits throughout the rest of the house as long as we bought the cans in advance (this was something another electrician had also offered, but for $62 a pop!). He was able to work with my schedule and get his team in the very next day. His team: also unbelievable. They were friendly and so pleasant to be around. Throughout the process (2 days in total), I made their lives more difficult changing my mind a couple times on placement of lights, etc. but they were so accommodating and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted before finishing the job. We had an outage with outlet and called Electrical Pros on Tuesday. Appointment was set for next day and they came on or before the appointment time. I was very happy with that and Miro just fixed the whole thing in half an hour. He was extremely professional and troubleshoot the issue very quickly and provided solution to the problem. We had old panels and it was potentially very dangerous and I am very satisfied that he thoroughly went through all the issues and provided solution to fix everything. We contacted The Electrical Pros to get an estimate to have an outlet installed near our new waterfall. We called on Thursday or Friday and they were there by Monday. Over the weekend, we discovered a possible exterior outlet problem that we would also like them to look at. It appeared the previous owners tried to do outside electrical work themselves. Scary. Anyway, Kaz showed up, on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get electricity to the waterfall as requested and he fixed the other area of concern as well. Made an appointment for an estimate 5 days prior. They gave me an 9:00 am - 11:00 am appointment window and was told they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival so at 10:30 I still hasn't heard from them so I decided to call to confirm.
