Waters were always refilled, incredible wait staff (shout out to Taylor!) and we even got to speak to the owner and chef. I felt transported to another city the moment I stepped into the restaurant. Beautiful decorations and live piano music from a musician. However, as wonderful has that all was, what stood out was the FOOD!!! We started out with the octopus and friend's got the tuna. Absolutely stunning dishes. Both of them. My octopus was perfectly cooked with a beautiful sauce underneath. For my entree I tried the lamb and my husband got the filet. Again, two perfectly executed proteins with sides that perfectly complimented the flavors. The combination of parsnip puree and romesco sauce with the lamb was divine. Starting Sept 1 they will have specialty cocktails. I will be back! Honestly, I don't know how you go anywhere else for dinner after coming here. I loved it so much.

He was unsure whether to order it as he loves the Beef Wellington at Harrys in West Palm. It exceeded his expectations. I ordered the Lobster Wellington. It was very good and I'm glad I tried it, but will order something different next time. The owner Maria and her son who is the chef were very friendly. The jazz pianist was great. We have two more reservations to go back. The local jazz music is free, but we are excited to hear a jazz singer and pianist from New York for a paid event.

I didn't expect much because it was reasonably priced wasn't the usual busy hotel you'd find on the water. There's a dock out back and a beach to dangle your feet in while you enjoy a beer. There's a pool and jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly. There is a very pleasant young lady and the front desk, Sheri, who is very personable that always has a wonderful smile to greet you in the morning to get my coffee. I'll tell you that alone makes my day. This was such a fantastic find.

Has pool and jacuzzi, the jacuzzi wasn't working. Location is great, close to the jetty and the restaurants. There's enough parking. A fishing dock. It was a staycation for me as my friend flew in from out of state. They do offer free breakfast which includes some hot meals. Would stay here again.

Now that I have some kids, there is always the constant need to find ways for them to burn off energy that doesn't cost a small fortune - welcome to the Skate Factory. Located in Vero Beach, it is a bit of a ride for us, but worth the trip. This is an old-school skating rink complete with 80's music and disco ball! The floor is in excellent shape, and there are skates for rent for those in need. They have a lot of different themed days / /nights for all age groups - I have been there mostly weekend days because of the kids, but they have things such a free pizza night, adult night, Christian music night etc. - check their website for the rundown. Plenty of seating for those in your group who are there to watch, or don't feel like skating, and there is a small but functional food bar area that turns out some adequate snacks: Pizza, nachos, fries - the usual culprits. Food was very reasonably priced as well. For the beginners, there are "skate-mates" that you can rent which act sort of like a walker - gives the littles something to hold on to while they learn how to balance and move. We had no such thing when I was a kid and we ate a lot of pavement until we figured it out ha. Bring your own gear, or rent theirs- the rentals were all in good shape and got the job done. They have lockers available so you can store your more valuable items while you skate. Beyond the skating and food, there are some arcade games available and the restrooms were clean. Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful as well - so from start to finish just a great time out. Large parking lot in front.

The food was a 2 out of 10, and the place had a strong smell that reminded us of mold and dirty feet. For what they charge for a birthday party, it was simply not worth the money. The kids had fun, but I would not recommend this place for a birthday party.

They noted our special event and gave us a complimentary champagne toast. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive: The Food: 9.5/10 - Crab Cakes: 8.5/10: These were hefty crab cakes. They were basically softballs. Very nice sweet flavor with a delicious orange sauce. - Smash Burger: 10/10: This baby was juice as hell. Great chat flavor. Soft buttery brioche bun. The burger sauce and onion jam were a great compliment to the fatty and unctuous burger. - Philly Cheesesteak: 8/10: Solid bun. Good meat. But somewhere under seasoned. I added some salt. It could've benefited from some more cheese or an addition of a melting cheese on top of the not as creamy provolone. Maybe toasted the bread some to give it more crunch and a better textural contrast, but a very solid sandwich even still. - Lobster bisque: 10/10: I don't usually like lobster bisque but this thing was unbelievable. And with the batter, the pieces of fish were HUGE. Again, dolphin isn't meant to be fried. My wife had the blackened dolphin sandwich, and that was wonderful! We didn't have any cocktails, but in conversation, the bartender was really great. Prices, for the quality of food, need to drop about $5/item. We had such a good time dancing, we didn't want to leave. Gary plays awesome music from the 70's to today and gets the crowd involved.... Lots of energy, lots of fun. I definitely recommend him if you're in need of a DJ or if you're in need of workin it out on the dance floor. And the best part? He gave out glow in the dark necklaces. Nice!
