As full timers for 15 years, this WAS our "go to" place for good bar food (wings, grinders, lobster bisque, pizza, etc). But we noticed in the last few years it seemed to go down hill. I think they had a change of ownership. The food quality slipped. Servers were constantly changing. Never a good sign! Yesterday we went to the new place for the second time and had the BLT and a meatball grinder. The BLT bread was toasted on the grill. Would have been good except the inside was burned. The outside looked great for presentation. The meatball grinder bun didn't look or taste done. When you ate part of the bun with sauce on it, it tasted raw. Sauce tasted like out of a jar. The meatballs themselves had little or no flavor. I'm sorry to say we won't be back. Norma Jean's is now our "go to" place. read more

Good food and great service! Visited during vacation and was very happy with our choice. Pizza was great, beer selection was awesome, and the onion rings were amazing! Was so looking forward to a good burger that we'd heard they had. Decided on pattie melts for most of the party + 1 regular burger. Ordered wings for appetizers that we waited half an hour for and ended up coming with our meal. We went for the Friday night fish fry, it's basa, all you can eat, comes with fries and coleslaw. We all thought it was delicious, served hot and crispy, killer coleslaw, great service, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner as she came to our table, we will definitely be back ! read more

Fun place to go. However, they crossed out/ highlighted a side salad for one price but charged me more. When asking waitress she said that the items were crossed out. Using red marker to cross out something you can still read is called "highlighting." Also, I cannot understand why soft drinks are so expensive. And the ladies restroom was dirty. Now our server on the other hand was horrible we where there an hour and only saw her 3 times. Once when we placed our drink and food order, the next when she brought us our drinks and food, and the last time I had to go find her to ask for a check. I almost feel bad writing this review from seeing all the other low ratings on here but I think everyone has to know the real issues this location has. The truth is the employees that work there don't care I don't care to give good customer service they don't care enough to greet the customers properly they don't care enough to get product in front the customer in speedy manner nor do they care about getting the proper products in front of customers. I ordered a Bloody Mary and was told we're out of the mix as i looked at a tomato juice can sitting unopened on the bar. I told the bartender we will order food if he could get me a Bloody Mary once again his response we are out of mix. What?? Are you a bartender the ingredients are right in front of you accommodate the customer and expect that they will spend another $25+ dollars. This is just another example of many in these reviews that the employees just don't care enough. Poor customer service runs rampant in this town. Why don't you guys set the bar and make it better cause your location and food isn't bad dial the rest in and you might just have a decent brand. This is a true sports bar. Not fancy, not pretentious. If you are looking for something else, go somewhere else. The bar provides good service, the food is typical bar food (filling and tasty) and I am certain Hilary or your cardiac surgeon would object. Go there if you want a beer, a burger or any of the other sandwiches and accompaniments to munch on. Go there if you want to watch sports or socialize with your friends over a beer. Do NOT go there if you are looking for a quiet romantic restaurant. This is NOT the place. During the football playoffs this year, this place was a blast, divided in sections with fans of various competing teams cheering for their teams. Terrible drinks, very rude wait staff, and the app combo we got was disgusting. I am in the service industry and my job wouldn't tolerate us being rude to the patrons. We arrived shortly after 5PM and were the only people in the upper indoor section. While our waitress took our order, she made very rude comments and facial expressions as my 92 year old mother and her 87 year old friend placed their orders. We recieved our very good, but lukewarm lobster bisque very promply. It then took over 1 hour to get our sandwiches. The place was filling up and people were getting thier food, and we still didn't get our food. We flagged down the hostess and she apologized, and talked to our waitress. Our food finally came out and it was cold and tough. We never recieved an apology from the waitress and she took a whole 5% off our bill. For the first time in my life, I am writing a negative review and did not leave a tip. Think twice before going to The End Zone. read more
