Never once have I had an experience like i had here at valley view. I placed slot bets between 2.40$ and 9$. All over the place i was getting bonuses and had initially thought everything was going great. But it slowly caught on to me that something was very wrong. Every single bonus I was getting was paying nothing. I even played Spooky Link/Mo Mummy and got the feature which provides extra diamonds to rank up the mummy, and on a 7.50$ bet. I got no coins whatsoever, and also no diamonds at all. And the 5 spins lapsed with a 0$ payout. I didnt even know that something like that was possible. I constantly went around and popped bonuses on slots. 5$ bet, paid 2.50$, 6$ bet, paid 26$, 4.50$ bet, paid 12$. Im not British, but I literally have to use the term Gobsmacked. Ive never been so shocked to have an outcome like this playing slots. Even on a losing day at any random casino ill go to, ill still have random bonuses that will pay a few hundred. Just to make sure it wasn't me. I observed many other players. I kept walking around and seeing people get bonuses on slots that, regardless of bet size, paid either LOWER than the initial bet, or from a 20-40$ payout range. This place is absolutely not to be trusted. There's something very dangerous and very scammy going on in the background here with how they manage their machines. Do not come here, go to pechanga, baronan, yaamava, etc. You will have your money stolen from you and you will not have even the slightest chance of profiting. Read other reviews. There is something seriously disturbing going on here. I was so shocked. I ran to security and filled out a self exclusion permanent ban just to make sure its absolutely never possible for me to return again. READ OTHER REVIEWS. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO RECOGNIZE AND LIVE THROUGH THIS. Dont walk, RUN from here!!!

You have to use your key on the wall to get most of the lights to work. The room was clean and cozy. The fridge was cold, and there is both coffee and tea. The beds were so comfortable and so were the pillows. A very comfortable nights sleep. We didn't have a chance to have breakfast at it is from 6-9am. The check out is simple just drop keys into the box at the front desk.

My daughter has a fractured ankle (unrelated) so when we entered the room, on May 26, 2026, we had our daughter sit on the couch while we wiped down the rest of the room. Nothing too crazy but the remote was sticky, there were a couple of hairs in the sink, and the door handle to the bathroom was pretty gross. Everything else was relatively clean and there were no bed bugs on the bed or curtains. I thought we were safe. Then I saw my daughter's back after her shower. I've included a picture. I couldn't pinpoint the source of the issue yet so we put lotion on her and went to bed. The next day we went to the Safari Park so we weren't in the room until the evening. That's when I sat on the couch. Within a few minutes. I started to get itchy. I immediately got off the couch and showered. So now we've identified the issue. The couch. By this time, we were already packed up to check out the next morning so it didn't make sense to switch rooms and have to wipe down another room. At check out, on May 28, 2026, I informed the front desk about the issue with couch and let them know that they should inspect it. I didn't ask for compensation, just that they need to clean the couch and possible steam it because I suspected that it was dust or dust mites that caused the reactions. On the morning June 2, 2026, our daughter still had red marks on her back so this must be more serious than I initially thought. I called Marriott customer service. Janice was so nice, apologizing for the experience and offer to put in a request to refund one nights room rate and taxes. I thought that was fair and thank her. That evening, I get an email for Rachel Ramos, Operations manager of SpringHill Suites Escondido (cc to Devon Akpom, the General Manager, I believe), saying that they were denying the refund request because they looked in the room and "didn't see anything" except a June bug. Girl. Since when can you see dust or dust mites on a fabric couch? A dismissal with an add insult to my intelligence. I reached back out to Marriott customer service on June 3, 2026 and spoke with Gloria. She said she couldn't override their decision so I asked to the issue to be escalated. She said that maybe if I reached out to Rachel Ramos, that maybe they'll offer me Marriott Bonvoy points. I let her know that I'm not interested in Bonvoy points because if this issue isn't resolved, I won't be staying at any more Marriott Hotels. Today is June 4, 2026. My daughter still has red marks on her back, even after Children's Allegra and lotion. We'll have to take her to the pediatrician. Don't make the mistake I did of booking a room here.

It looks like an abandoned shopping plaza besides the equinox at the entrance of the unnamed road and the wine and cheese place at the end. We came when the sun was setting and even though there were plenty of chargers open on the second level, it gave me a spooky feeling. We ended up walking around the entire plaza before finding the restroom lol and the restroom entrance ended up being to slight left from the second level location where we were parked at. I attached a photo of it. I remembered the code probably until half way around the block and by the time I found it, I had forgotten it and the husband had to retrieve the code in the car I was joking with him saying if I was trying to get away from a bad guy, I'd end up dying at the restroom door from not remembering the code. I was expecting the bathroom entrance to lead directly into a restroom stall. Nope, there's a small entrance, down a few steps followed by a small hallway and the restroom was at the end of the hall. Though very "temporary" in appearance, I was very thankful to even have a restroom to use while I charged. The forests and shrubbery surrounding the charging station is also kind of spooky. Needless to say, I am a city girl. Very used to having charging stations in the middle of malls and shopping plazas. Nice pit stop but... I wouldn't wanna come alone when the sun goes down.
