The first was about ten years ago for another portion of our house, and once again they did an outstanding job. They were helpful in selecting a flooring pattern that matched our previously installed floors, and the estimating and scheduling process was straightforward and easy. The installation crew paid close attention to detail, and you can tell from the work around corners, transitions, and trim that they take pride in their craftsmanship and quality. We also appreciated how transparent they were regarding areas where our subfloor was uneven (which we knew would be a problem going into the job). They assessed the condition, explained the available options, and then corrected the subfloor so the planks could be installed the right way. Having a section of our hallway flat when it's been uneven for years has been a great bonus. It's reassuring to know a company like this exists in Concord. Fleury's is the only place I would use for flooring in the future.

I started with Chris at the store to present the project and he made suggestions for makers and brands to best match the Brazilian Cherry we had downstairs. Patrick was up next with onsite inspection, measurements, and bringing over samples. A complementary (and upgraded) product was chosen and install timeline was set. Javier and Kiko were next on the scene and took only 5 days to demo carpet, prep and level subfloor, and install flooring and baseboards in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Patrick came by a couple times to check on progress and made a great suggestion to add additional underlayment. That - combined with their tried and proven method of gluing and nailing down the floor - made for the most solid-feeling hardware floor installation I've ever encountered. I'm a pretty picky customer, so when I tell you their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finish skills are top notch - believe it. Prices and labor these days are pretty much standard all around. But if you receive this level of workmanship and flawless results, you sleep better knowing you made the right decision. Can't say enough about my experience with Fleury's. 10/10

This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

He quickly modified the drain connection without any issues and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. What really stood out to me was not only their expertise, but also how friendly, respectful, and professional everyone was -- from the office staff to the plumber himself. On top of that, their pricing was significantly better than the other bids I received, which saved me a considerable amount of money. Letts Plumbing has absolutely earned our trust, and they will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Not a huge deal, just seemed odd that he mentioned keeping it for their future use. We'll still use Letts and recommend them to friends. They're very prompt. The work is done well. And the job sites are left clean.

However, once installation started, things changed significantly. The crew arrived late every day -- typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half -- without any prior notice. Communication with the contractor during the project was difficult to maintain. The project was quoted as taking 1-3 days but ended up taking 6 days. While some of the delay was due to necessary leveling work, the first day consisted only of carpet removal with less than 4 hours of actual work. The flooring itself looks great. However, the finished work left several issues: gaps along the baseboards, paint damage on the walls, and pink staining in multiple areas. One gap measured nearly 1/4 inch and was only addressed after I raised it myself-- it was not proactively caught or fixed by the crew. Additional smaller gaps remain unresolved. The walls and baseboards were noticeably more damaged after installation than before. The initial impression was positive, which made the overall experience all the more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
