One absolutely free eyebrow wax later (I tipped of course!) I have to say I am in love!! Unlike your local salon, this place seems to have incredibly high standards for cleanliness and privacy. It felt like a doctors office in a good way, something I am happy to pay for on my return visit! They do have a line of products they use (if you elect for it) and they will show you what they used when they walk you out, but it's not particularly pushy, just informative. As a redhead I've never had someone blend in a brow powder that looked so natural!! I am considering a $20 purchase next time I'm in to attempt it myself. They also let you watch in a mirror, so you can learn how to apply anything used during your visit after the wax.

You either have to parallel park on a busy street (if your lucky enough to find a spot) or park in a parking lot across the street. I had an appointment for 5 o'clock today and unfortunately could not find parking so I was 5 minutes late. When I walked in, there was a lady ahead of me signing in. After she finished signing in I told them I had a 5 O'clock appointment and apologized for being late because of parking. They said they could not see me today because I was 5 MINUTES late. The blocked appointment time is 40 minutes so I was confused as to how 5 minutes made that big of a difference. My sneaking suspicion was that they accepted the lady in front of me as a walk in in place of my appointment. Conveniently as I was walking out and back to my car I received a text message saying my appointment had been cancelled. What good is a text message AFTER you've already been in and turned away?? Overall I am very disappointed in the fact that they decided to accept a walk in ahead of a returning customer. I have a busy weekend and this was the only time I could do it. I have been to this location one time before and had the same frustrations with parking as well as the wax that the technician used nearly BURNED my skin. I will not be returning to this location.
