The decor and creative themeing of this house is incredible, not a single detail missed! I asked my kids what their favorite things about the house were and these were their responses: -the go fish pool, lazy river, and slide -the lazer maze bedroom -the video game arcade -paddle boats and canoes -human bowling -jumanji theater room The parents all loved that the kids were safe, having a great time, and contained in the huge home. We all had fun playing family feud, wheel of fortune, and other game shows. The hammocks out front were also a nice, relaxing touch! It's so quiet and peaceful...it was nice to be on our own privately gated 10 acres! The owner of the home was very helpful and quick to answer their texts when we had questions. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to get your vacation started, an extremely clean! We ordered in pizza because no one wanted to leave the estate! I don't know how we will every be able to stay at another hotel again!! We set the bar pretty high with this amazing destination!

My booking was cancelled twice so I finally called and got a person. I then called 7 days out to cancel booking due to our granddaughters birth. The answering service picked up and said I needed to cancel via email because no manager was available on the weekend. So today I got a response from them stating they have a non refund policy. So there you are. I feel this is very deceptive amd un businesslike.

I booked a property managed by this company through VRBO without knowing I was dealing with them…read more The property was not as described; it was dirty and the A/C did not work well. The property manager did show up when I called about the A/C, but his response was that it was really hot outside and he closed all the blinds to see if it would help. If I was staying more than 1 night, I would not have been able to deal with it. They asked for $500 security deposit and stating on the email that if I paid by Zelle, I could avoid a 3.88% fee and check out later. They then would not honor the late check out, until I complained about the A/C. I still haven't received my deposit back; they told me to request by Zelle and now have told me to request it from another email address. The phone number on all the emails they sent me is not working and I had to search for another number. After talking to them about requesting a refund from another email, they hung up on me and refuse to answer the phone when I call back.

If zero stars were an option i would have given a zero!…read moreThree years in a row we booked a home here (10 months in advance) for an extended weekend for the half Ironman triathlon race at Haines city. The location to the race is perfect and the homes are exactly the size we needed. The issue is with the new management company that took over, Tropical Escape Vacation Homes. Since they have taken over our reservation has yet to be honored. Last year they tried to cancelled our reservation 1-2 weeks to our arrival date and then after many complaints they tried to push us in a significantly smaller house than what we reserved. Eventually manamagent found us a house at the last minute. Th is year they called us Wednesday night before Thanksgiving to tell us the home we were reserved in had plumbing issues and they needed to cancel. We requested a call back from a supervisor or manager and never heard back. They simply outright cancelled us. They claim the home has plumbing issues but it was available for rent the week before and the week after. Amazing how the predicted plumbing issues are just the weekend we are scheduled to be there. We think they overbooked and the fact that we reserved ten months in advance or are a repeat customer doesn't matter to them. We had to scramble to find a home in another community. Next year we will not even bother trying this one and I suggest others do the same. They are untrustworthy, liars, don't hold to their own contracts, and unreliable.
