I feel like for this to be a new complex thing should have run smoothly. But unfortunately, the day I moved in I had a hole in the front window of my townhome, which I reported same day, which would've been December 5th, its now April 16th and the window is still broken. No follow up calls from maintenance or the leasing office. I'm calling them once a month for updates which is ridiculous. My townhome was supposedly brand new, but there was already staining on the carpet up the steps. My fuse blows every time I try to run my disposal and/or dishwasher, which is insane. My shower soap holder dish fell off the wall just randomly, which tells me that it was poorly installed or a rushed job. The whole complex just seems like it was thrown together essentially and made to look like "luxury". Don't be fooled! We pay too much for these units for stuff not to work properly. Now today , April 16th, the mandatory but horrible Internet that we have to get through Apartnet has been down for a full day! It's been frustrating to say the least, I'd save my money and look elsewhere, this place is not as new and pristine as it's painted out to be.

Melissa who is expecting was very helpful and very nice to me and my baby in our time of need of looking she made sure to contact me when she needed to just as well as she knew exactly what i was looking for. Hopefully the next time i leave a review for this place i can give it a 5 start but for now a 3 because i never lived here this review was based on my experience visiting but the customer service from Melissa definitely a 10 she really tried to help me.

We came home after a weekend away on for July 4th to our literal ceiling falling down from water damage. We put in an emergency maintenance request since water was continuing to leak and the wet spot was getting bigger... finally after THREE DAYS more of the ceiling disintegrating and three e-mail requests (not that the email in our lease that's supposed to be for issues worked.. it kicks back saying it's not a valid email) three front desk phone calls they finally get maintenance out. This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I can't wait to leave. The cause of the leak? The ac cap wasn't on our neighbors ac unit so it's been spilling out every time she ran her ac. And I quote "it should be good now but if not let us know" ‍‍. I will say the maintenance guy has always been so kind and helpful and respectful.

They also had carpet throughout, which I was not a fan of. The layout of the apartment is ok. After my tour, i ran into a gentleman who had moved in during the summer and is now looking move elsewhere. He was furious about the constant mold problem apparently they have here. He mentioned to me how there is mold literally everywhere. Mold in the cracks of the window. The toilets breed black mold, the shower walls have mold growing under it, the faucet spouts also has mold coming through it. He even mentioned how the ice maker ice started tasting funny and stale. The automatic ice maker apparently is not maintained properly, neither is the dishwasher. I told the guy that it sounds like they care more about the appearance outside than they do inside. After touring the place and running across the gentleman that lives there, I am going to look at some newer builds. I would rather pay extra rent, knowing that the new build I am living in is in great shape inside. Before writing this, I looked at some reviews from this place and apparently there were some of the same complaints about mold and how the people concerns about it was not taken seriously. If you want new and not have to worry about these issues , look elsewhere.

They advertise "2 months FREE rent," but that's not what you actually get. Instead of living rent-free for two months, they spread the concession across your lease, so you're still paying rent every month. That's a huge difference and should be made much clearer in their advertising. I wonder how they are making it easy for tenants who are moving in. They also promised a $1,000 gift card within 30 days of moving in, but it's been over 40 days plus and counting and there's still no gift card. I've had to follow up multiple times and I was told today but nothing still. It feels like they use attractive promotions to get people to sign a lease, then don't deliver as advertised or make you chase after what was promised. If you're considering moving here, make sure you get every concession explained fully and ask exactly how the "the 2 months free rent" is applied to get a clear picture cause it's actually discounts off your rent for equivalent of 2months. Pay attention to what they tell you and what's later written on your lease agreement!! I actually had two people who wanted move here but they decided against it after I explained how the so called 2 months free is actually applied..

After what initially seemed like the beginning of something very special, it's sad to see a place of such unprofessionalism and disingenuousness emerging right in the heart of PTC. Played cat and mouse with this place for months. Above and beyond provided proof of income (over a year's worth of bank statements exceeding the minimum monthly income requirement threshold for each and every month) as requested as per the income requirements document shared with me, which I've attached along with contradictory correspondence from the leasing office. No refund on $300 application fee. Just wasted time and money. Be warned - They may hold you in suspense to try and let a bidding war on certain units play out. I also question whether or not the promised incentives to rapidly stuff all the rooms were even legitimate offerings or just false advertising. I was encouraged to re-apply and pay another $300. P.S. - You can get a house for what this place charges. I am glad we did not move in here as I'm sure the problems we faced are only the tip of the iceberg.

I would not call these luxury apartments. the ceiling in my apartment is very botched. The pools have been closed a lot this past summer due to maintenance. The areas where they keep the gas grills are not kept nice. (people do not take care of the things they are allowed to use) The furniture all needs to be replaced but then it would probably make our rent payments go up. The only noise problems I have had are the people they hire to do lawn maintenance loud talkers, the cars that don't have mufflers are loud and the people playing their music in their cars with their windows down are too loud. LOL I had a person in their parked car, playing music so loud the base was rattling my windows. Oh and the windows?? the seals are all broken and they have moisture and dirt between the double panes. I have on nice clear window because it was damaged. I am sure there are nicer apartments here but the two that I have rented over the past 3 years have been outdated.
