The guidance and tips from trainers Goran & Mia absolutely improved my somewhat marginal positioning during various exercises. And they constantly watch out for people so they don't overdo. But be clear, if they know you can do a few more reps, they will cheer you on to squeeze a few more in. Goran says once it starts to feel like you are getting tired from the reps, try to do 5 more because those last 5 are the ones that really count to tax your muscles so they will strengthen. Everyone is encouraging and kind and truly wants to see you improve and get stronger. And in my first several weeks of going (1 hr 3x week), I meet some wonderful people who have been going to Premier Fitness for many years, even decades! That should tell you something right there!

I have done UFC before and that boot camp atmosphere did NOT work for me . With Khoshal, I come in every day knowing I am going to 1. Have a great work out and 2. Have fun. In just 2 months I have lost 10 pounds of FAT which amounts to about 4-5% body fat. It doesn't sound like much, but I have hypothyroidism. Since being diagnosed , I've struggled with losing weight. A warm welcome at the door every time, and always willing to help. I even forgot a hair tie once and a lady in the art room cut me some stretchy material and I made a pony tail holder. That was awesome. 2. Gym: they have a awesome lifting area. I do HITT workouts and there is plenty of room. Only problem I have is: no slam balls, and drinking fountain is no where to be found downstairs (bring water). 3. Locker room: clean, provide blow dryers. Only problem is showers. Takes a while for water to get hot, stalls too small with only a curtain that doesn't really cover you and you run into it when taking a shower which grosses me out. All in all I am happy, and would recommend you checking this gym out.

Aside from the very positive physical improvements, our amazing trainer Carlos has become an important coach and friend in not just my life but, in my kids life as well. They regularly ask, "When is Carlos coming over?" In a house with three kids and two dogs, Carlos brilliantly helps clear the way for our workouts by engaging everyone - even the dogs! While I'm doing three sets of medicine ball lifts, he has my kids doing push-ups and the dogs practicing "sit" and "stay." I never imagined that having a personal trainer would actually get our entire family healthier.
