I took my Motorhome there to get an alignment, and they found 4 of my 6 tires were bad, I had them replace all 6 tires and they did an excellent job, and the alignment. Drove like a new vehicle. The cost was at a fair price. The only problem we encountered was on our return trip to Louisiana. One of the Dual valve stem extensions had come off leaving us with a rear tire flat and ruined. After a couple of hours we were back on the road with another new tire. Contacted Bob's when we got home and they made good on the cost of the new tire! They are a true Stand Up company. They went above and beyond to do what is right. I highly recommend this Tire Service when in the Victorville area. I know I'll use them again if I go back to California. I spent much of the day here, but I chose to just wait for my needed parts to be delivered rather than leave and return later. This also afforded me the opportunity to observe the overall business at work since this was my first visit here. The initial assessment was quick -- I needed front brakes/rotors for my ML350. Never been to Bob's, lived up here in the High Desert for years. WOW, what a surprise - I felt like I was somewhat going back in time. I felt appreciated as a customer, I had an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early but Steve took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. I observed several customers either calling or walking-in and they were spoken too by first-name bases. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. If asked to describe this place is one word it would be incompetence. Let's start out with no public restroom, closely followed by the fact that they are a tire place and didn't even bother to fill the tire they patched to the 35 PSI it should be. I would expect them to check all the tires and none of them were filled to even close to 35, i understand if they filled them and then it dropped 1-2 when it got cold, nope, all 4 tires are at least 4 PSI low while it was still warm.... wow... Next they were supposed to replace the tire, not patch it, I can live with that, less cost I guess. Would've been nice to be told that before though. The last swift kick in the genitals was that they lied directly to my girl's face telling her there was no PSI sensor (tire pressure sensor) in the tire they worked on, So now the dash board monitor can't detect the pressure on that tire. Funny: it had one last month when I took it to Chevy, in fact I paid over $100 to add 1 to the spare to Ensure all 5 of my full size tires had those sensors. So they either damaged the sensor, removed it, or just didn't bother to check. Whatever the case I was pissed enough to get the yelp app JUST to write this review. I really hope they read this and shape up, because this is just mind blowing. Update: Sorry for not knowing how to reply directly to your reply steve, but how could a tire shop not be able to detect the psi? Doesn't the air compressors there have a gauge on them? It's not like I brought in an exotic import, I drive a newer chevy silverado. I'd be surprised if you don't get a few of those every month! read more

I was wearing out tires every 12,000 miles and I needed a fix. I shared my problems with Steve and Jeff and they had an immediate resolution. The problem was the cheap tires that I had been purchasing from the Big Box Store. I changed to their recommendation and now I am getting over 60,000 miles or more to a set of tires. Their recommended tires only cost me a few dollars more but were well worth the minimal extra amount. Additionally they took the time to explain the benefits and safety of having the correct tire, how they were much more efficient in rainy weather, and in the extreme heat that we experience at times.
