I've been coming to this location for the past 3 years and have always been happy with their services until today. Apparently if you pay cash you have to pay tax for a receipt. If you pay with card the receipt is added on automatically on with the tax. Sounds shady to me. Will not be coming back to any Jr.'s Tires locations again. read more

They sold me 3 patched tires without me being aware they were patched, didn't show me or tell me, and refused to refund me and take the tires back despite them not telling me this information. Had I known they were patched I would've gone and bought brand new tires. And the customer service sucks, the "manager" was super rude. Don't bother with them. read more

I caught a flat on Navajo and pulled over in front of Jr's tire shop. My tire completely was on the rim. The shop came out after I had been sitting there an hour waiting for a tire change from aaa and the lady tells me if I drive my car into their lot they can help me otherwise they cnt. An older man comes out tried to help change my tire and cnt get my tire off so the lady starts kicking my tire. Like how does that help. They went back into the shop and never came back out leaving my tire on the jack on central. A stranger stopped and changed my tire in 2 mins. I took my business to les Shawbs and got a new tire. Had Jr's tire shop not been so unprofessional I would've bought my new tire there but after their unprofessional service I would rather drive 30 mins on a spare tire to a professional tire shop. Jr's tire shop helped us with our Toy Hauler tire and rim. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate the personalized treatment we received. He kept the rim overnight and straightened it out for us so we didn't have to buy a new one. He even worked late and then sent us a text showing us how it turned out! Thank Goodness For These Guys I live up in Running Springs (SB Mountains) most tire shops I called either don't answer or don't have SUV tires under $180-200 a tire..this mom on disability battling cancer doesn't have a high end tire budget, my daughter was visiting friends in AV and they told her to call Jr's, not only did they have 2 tires for me at a great price but they didn't try to guilt me for only getting 2 tires.. I called a day in advance to get a quote to have 6 RV tires installed. They quoted $25 a tire for installation including balancing. When I arrived the next day at the agreed hour, they didn't have the tools to take the tires off. It took about a half an hour for the tool to arrive. The job took more than two and a half hours because they didn't have the right tools and they definitely lack experience with bigger tires. The owner came and instructed the workers on how to do the job and he told one of them in Spanish that "you underquoted him" and to charge $40 per tire instead. So it was $25 per tire (no balancing) and $15 to dispose per tire. I found that in poor taste. I am bilingual and clearly understood what he said. I paid and got no receipt. Sure enough the tires need balancing. I was quoted $34 per tire by a shop that specializes in Trucks and RVs in Rialto including balancing and tire disposal but the Apple Valley shop was near where I bought the tires for my motorhome. :( Bottom line, honor your prices and don't offer services that you clearly don't have the tools to perform. You DON'T have a tire balancing machine nor do you have the bean bags commonly used in balancing big tires. On a positive note, both workers there have a positive attitude and they work really hard. read more

We were trekking out to Havasu for the weekend and got a flat in the middle of the SH18. Being that it was 7pm on a Friday night, our hopes for making it out to Havasu were pretty grim. That's when Dan pulled over and offered to drive all the way back out to the shop and open up for us after hours so we could continue on our way with a nice new tire. Today is labor day and Jr's tires saved my life. I was out in Johnson valley and blew out 1 Tire and then replaced it with my spare and then that one blew out! Just my luck. I tired all Tire shops in the surrounding area and Jr's Tire was the only shop open! Showed up and he gave me a great replacement tire for a great price despite being the only shop open! Had a nice mis matched set of tires put on my mustang... Yokohama up front 90% tread and continental in rear 90 % tread.. didn't even make it home as the valve stem wasn't screwed all the way in.. by the time I realized it the tire was junk... went back next day and then scumbag working There says I must have run something over.. trying to put it on me... tried putting a kumho piece of crap back on the rim with less than 50% tread... and then wants to fight and argue about me not wanting the piece of crap tires didn't pay for to cover his ass for doing sloppy job... been going here for 4 years now and its always somebody new working here.. first couple years was same guy.. don't waste your time or money at this place their main goal is to rip you off and not provide any customer service nor stand by what they sell... now I have 3tires anda rim because of thisjackoffs shoddy work.. thanks man ill let everyone I know not togo to your store anymore... better off going to the junkyard for tires rather than these idiots read more

They are suppose to open at 7:30 and at 8:00 I call there other tire shop on I avenue and ask the guy that answers the phone when this one is going to open and he tells me any minute that the guy is on his way and is very close! So I wait for 45 minutes more and nothing so then I call the shop on I and tell him that I'm on my way to his place and ask if they have a certain size used tire and he states yes, that normally they charge 70.00 but since I had been waiting so long at the other place that he would sell it to me for 50.00 what a joke when I could get a brand new one for that price at Walmart read more
