I've been going here for about a decade and have always been given the best service each and every time. Dr. Trang and her team take their time to go over your specific needs whether its about glasses, LASIK, contacts, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I've come in on occasion as a walk-in and still gotten help buying glasses or scheduling an appointment but I definitely recommend calling ahead for an appointment if you want to have an exam done. I 100% recommend this optometry! I came in looking for glasses that would help protect my eyes from computer screens, and Dr. Huong Trang was extremely thorough and patient during my eye exam. Kevin who worked mainly at the front helped me through the entire process of selecting the perfect glasses for me. I love this place due to the friendly environment and how professional it is. I was always asked if I needed any help regardless of whether it was busy or not. The people up front just know how to multitask. I never had a place that always put the customer first and a yes we can attitude. Whoever the Optometrist was, I was assured the best of care. There are two Optometrist and they both do a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place. I just got lasik, but I will come have my eyes check annually just to see how healthy they are and if there are any concerns. read more

Dr. Trang is excellent. I always feel well taken care of when I see her for my yearly check ups. The office is very efficient and she is always so patient. I was concerned about something I found on my eye and she was very knowledgeable and reassuring in her explanation. Had an excellent experience with both the staff team and doctor! I've been struggling to see at nighttimes after my Lasik surgery from a few years ago, so it was time for some new glasses. This is a cute small spot. Staff are friendly and the doc is straight forward. I need to mention, Kevin is over the top with his customer service. Quirky guy, but good vibes to be around with. Kevin will also be straight forward with you. Thank god for insurance.. glasses at this place are expensive. If you are not buying glasses online be prepared to break the bank a little. My only issue with this practice is related to covid. Pre covid you were able to just walk in and pick up your glasses when it was cut and ready. In these uncertain times.. you'll need an appointment for a quick rendezvous. I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was very amiable and helpful. Their glasses selections run the gamut from lower-end to higher-end. They also have a plethora of choices for contacts if that's more your speed. They also offer a variety of options for your lenses, e.g., thinner lenses, blue light protection, etc... This place is either overpriced or has very high markup. We were quoted $235 for a Ray Ban RX 5154 2000. We took their words for it and paid the difference after insurance coverage. Later on, we saw the same frame at Costco for $120. A quick google search would show this frame is priced at $175 on Ray Ban website or $120 on overstock and and even $103 at ABG. This is clearly price gouging practice for patients with insurance coverage like us. We have no issue with the service but it does not make up for the price hike. I urge all 5 stars reviewers who are real customers go back and do a price check on what you bought here. read more

In my years of using glasses, this place is by far my FAVORITE optometry! Everyone is totally nice and completely helpful. Upon arriving to my appointment for my annual check up, that place was very diligent in following COVID guidelines. Their door is locked to avoid large volumes of people inside, once I arrived my temperature was checked and I was given hand sanitizer. I waited a bit before entering to ensure their limit of people doesn't go over. Once I was inside they went about their testing, Kevin helped me pick out the perfect frames for me! The whole time he was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my entire appointment. Dr. Nguyen was also completely helpful and went about my tests very safely and made me aware that all the equipment was sanitized as well. I love that she was making conversation with me and making me feel really comfortable throughout the exam. She provided her expertise to ensure my vision improves. Overall their location is extremely clean, all staff wearing masks, equipment and chairs sanitized routinely, and a fast service! I was in and out within the hour and my glasses were ready the next day. Definitely will continue to come back! and they had a "Asians for BLM" sign in the front too which was amazing. Before I went to this eye doctor I always thought that getting glasses were a hassle from waiting 3 hours or getting clunky frames that were old-fashioned. However at this place, my view on getting my eyes checked is a whole new experience. I actually like going to the eye doctor because they are quick and efficient. I would spend only an hour to finish and a few minutes to wait. Their frames are very modern and have a lot of variety. They also give you a place, time, and education on wearing contacts and other things about lasik surgery and so on. Overall the best and probably the only eye doctor I will go to. read more

But I guess i was wrong , there were only 5 patients in front of us ! customer service is nice and very clear with very details ! It has been a while since I updated my glasses. I was hoping to get a new pair with black frames since I lost mine. Gladly, Anthony help me out! He made my trip very quick and easy, and on top of that, very educational! He informed me about this blue light protection coating, which I ended up getting. I work with computers all day everyday. It has been a few weeks now, and my eyes do not feel as strained! In addition to that, I really like their contact lens cleaner and glasses cleaner. I love my new glasses a lot! After filling out my paperwork, she told me I could check out the frame selection while the doctor was finishing up with her prior appointment. With me, the doctor took the time to explain what was going on with certain parts of the exam, going over the rationale for the immediate and long-term. Having questions answered with terms at my level really put me at ease. She made sure I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. I didn't see the optometrists during this visit, so this review is just for the eyeglasses wear service and environment. First, the store itself is very nice, clean, and modern. From what I can see, they have a good selection of frames. Lots to choose from and there's a discount/free frame deal (?) Going on. The staff was very professional and friendly. I brought in a pair of glasses with broken nose piece and Andrew (the staff) was able to replace it in about 10 mins and adjusted the fit. Very nice guy (and cute in my personal opinion...lol :P) Overall, it was a great experience, I would consider coming back for optometry service. read more
