I had an appointment scheduled for 8:45 AM today, but when I arrived, I was told it had been canceled due to a missed call from 2:00 PM the previous day. Given the nature of my schedule, I do not typically answer calls at short notice. It is disappointing that the staff was unwilling to accommodate me, especially given the circumstances. They informed me the next available appointment would be in July, which seems excessive. Notably, I received a confirmation message from the doctor at 6:00 PM the previous evening. Both my husband and I had confirmed our appointments via a conference call a month prior. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend their services!!!

But 4 other eye drs have said opposite and wrote me prescriptions that allow me to see great and without struggle. I don't recommend this place at all.

Walked in, few people waiting, took my Rx to the counter..the lady with reddish brown hair was super sweet with me and patient as I failed to give her my correct insurance card no side bar comments or ugly looks so it was great!! The lady who helped me had longer blonde hair I think her name was Shannon, she was super friendly and helped me with my glasses order. There are so many freaking glasses to choose from, it's ridiculous but I finally found a pair I could get down with. I was in and out within 45 min to an hour, didn't mind the wait at all, can't wait to get my glasses in in a few days!! Check this place out if you're in town!

Photos were taken…read moreof both eyes and Dr. Totten found a retinal tear in my other eye that needed immediate laser surgery to prevent serious damage. Thanks to Dr. Totten, I was able to quickly get an appointment with a laser surgeon who repaired the tear.
