I finally got to experience this new concert venue. My husband did not inform me that a week before the event I attended, a light fixture fell off which was quite a dangerous thing. Hopefully, they've got that sorted out and thankfully, nothing of the sort happened while my friend and I were there. So, the floor/standing room area is quite spacious. We had seats up in the balcony and the seats were comfortable. There are full bars on each sides of the upstairs main entrances to the seating, however, only 2 bathrooms on the opposing sides of the large upstairs. To one side is the men's and all the way to the other side is the women's. Whoever designed this clearly did not think through the fact that they do not segregate seating by gender during ticket sales. It was a very strange thought process to me designing a place the way they did the upstairs of this venue. If you're going, you might as well get middle seat to tickets if you're going with the opposite gender so that you are equidistant from your seats! Also, they have seating that are way to the side of the stage that I can only imagine makes it difficult for people to see the band or whatever show they're seeing. Again, the design felt not at all very well-thought through. A few things I love other than the convenient bars are the quick and friendly service, helpful securities/ushers for when you're needing help finding the bathroom in my case, and the place is nice and clean as it is brand new. For those who smoke, they have smoking areas upstairs by the balcony seating which is nice if you're a smoker but everytime I would leave my seat to walk around, I can smell smoke in the main lobby area which was less desirable for a non-smoker such as myself. The acoustic was wonderful. Overall, I would say they have something here as long as they can get decent names to come as it is quite a bit of a drive to get here from where I live. I do appreciate the fact that parking was nice and organized as it's where the old outlet mall used to, otherwise, there's not a lot of positive draws. I really wanted to see the bands that night so I made the trip. Had I been on the fence about seeing them, I would have opted not to. PS. I am looking forward to seeing Glass Animals here next year! Boring, suburban venue - lacking history and culture. What you would expect from something built by folks that build shopping malls and restaurants. Sound off on some levels and piercing on other frequencies - trying to hard. If I had a band I would go somewhere with some soul and history - to create a more memorable experience just feels too open everywhere - like a glorified movie theater. read more

As previous reviews have stated, the venue itself is quite nice. Comfortable seats, accessible bar options and clean restrooms. The problem is with the staff. They are rude and unhelpful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to the conan gray concert, and don't get me wrong he was absolutely amazing and the actual venue itself is pretty nice. It's the awful people who work there who made it a nightmare for me and everybody who waited 10+ hours in the hot sun all day to be in the front of the GA line. To start, I got to the venue at 8:30 am and was #9 in line. I waited 10 HOURS in line. The people in front of me were there since 4 or 5 am. When it was around 6:00 pm I saw that there were about 100 to 200 people already entering the venue. I know for a fact they don't sell that many VIP tickets. When we eventually got inside the venue, as expected, there were around 100-200 people already in there surrounding the stage. When I got to my spot in the pit I was about 20 ft from the stage. Being #9 in the line, this should not have been the case. I then found out that The Factory staff had been selling $10 early entry tickets to the people in THE BACK OF THE LINE. They were given to the people who had been waiting maybe an hour. I was absolutely furious with the whole situation. I felt cheated out of my spot. I missed school to sit outside all day. 10 hours WASTED, when I could have been in school all day and basically gotten the same spot or even a better one. This is extremely unfair to the people who waited all day for a good spot. Ultimately i assume it was a money grab for the venue. They were trying to make as much money as they could off of all the teenagers in line. It was harsh, unethical, and unfair. I hope this venue's staff does better in the future, but it does not excuse them for this huge mistake they made. They upset so many fans and made the experience so much worse for so many people. read more

TK was super helpful with helping me decide between the killer selection of draft beers you have. Prices for drinks were actually lower than i expected which was a very nice surprise. This place is awesome. Brand spanking new and awesome. Came here with two girl friends to see Matt Stell for a free concert. And I will definitely be back. We got to walk around and explore upstairs and down. In total I saw 7 different bars. Lots of restrooms and in convenient locations. Out 24 Oz beer (dom) was 11 bucks. They had 2 outside smoking decks upstairs. Can't wait to go back for another concert! read more

Would 100% give The Factory a 5 star review for my experience after seeing Judah and the Lion last month. First, the venue was incredibly organized for pre entry guests and had staff out front communicating each step of the process. Once inside you're greeted with a large lobby with a bar and vendor tables for merchandise. The center has a large LARGE standing area for GA admission. There are several bars to chose from with extensive options of canned or draft beer. The bathrooms were large and extremely clean. I would attend another event at The Factory in a second! read more

The facility is clean and looks awesome. The layout is super convenient and the bar and restrooms are easy to find. The security was very polite and good at their job. I just left seeing Kevin Gates I must say I was impressed with the parking, how fast the lines moved and decor! Only thing I would have done was have more security on the floor the performer had to announce several times people were fighting which was so embarrassing for our state! Bathrooms were available everywhere and were clean and orderly. Standing room was vast and there is not a bad spot to stand. Best concert experience in STL. read more

I went to the Jazz Festival featuring Will Downing. There was ample parking, the lines to get into the venue moved quickly. They had bars within the venue so you didn't have to go outside to get a drink. The drinks where pricy but it was a good pour. Bathrooms were also inside the venue so you didn't have to go outside. Seats where comfortable. However, the MC didn't seem to know what was going on with each artist. He kept saying Will was coming out and then he would say he's not ready yet. The technicians where clearing the stage while people where performing. The opening performer was really good. The comedian Gthang was not funny. When Will Downing did decide he was ready to come out, it took him awhile to warm up but once he got going he was good. read more

The security here is a bit overzealous. I was at the Tenacious D concert walking back to my seat from the bathroom and this dude (boy) in a staff shirt with rolled up sleeves and puffed out lats came over to me and said I had to leave. I asked why? And he would not answer and insisted I had to leave. Absolutely nothing happened before this I had no drink in my hand at the time, did not stumble, fall and did not pee or spit on the floor and didn't bump into or speak to anyone on my trip to and from the bathroom. I Kept asking him what I did?and he claimed I was too inebriated and had to leave and aggressively insistent that I leave, the more questions I asked making a scene to the point of attracting the police attention. Not wanting to escalate the situation I followed him out the door and waited for my friends to finish the concert and the bar tender I had, was leaving work before the concert ended (I only bought two drinks from her and tipped her well) she wondered why I was outside and I told her the story she couldn't believe it. And said that was ridiculous ! What kind of banana republic security did you hire here? Do not see a show at this crap hole or you will be nabbed by the want a be bouncer who is looking to start stuff with no provocation. I am never coming back! read more

Honestly I have been to two concerts and the venue is really nice. Parking is very organized and convenient. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Water stations throughout with cold freshwater which is really nice for a concert venue. The temperature is always at a good comfortable temperature. Would give 0 stars if I could. This venue is the WORST. For starters, they overcharge for drinks. Rail tequila w/ sprite was $13. Also, it seems at The Factory they like to involve themselves in customer's relationships. My boyfriend and I had a small spat at the front of the pit. (No yelling, nothing physical. He just said something stupid so I walked away and went to the bathroom to cool off) and while I went to the bathroom one of the security guards (the short one with the mohawk) & a cop forced my boyfriend to leave the pit. I explain to one of the cops we're fine and he let us to go back to the pit. A little bit later my boyfriend threw his middle fingers up for fun & the security guard (same from before) saw him and abused his power by kicking us BOTH out. I didn't do a thing. $114 down the drain. For doing nothing wrong. Also, the security guard punched me in my arm to try and get my attention to leave the pit. I'm a 98 lbs girl. Could have just tapped my shoulder. They are so bored out in the suburbs *they start something with you* and throw you out over nothing. Do not go here. P.S. they also made me take off my chain belt because they thought I would use it as a weapon. LAME suburban venue. Just stick to the Pageant... or just any STL venue but this one. read more

I can't say enough great things about this venue and its staff. It's obvious that the owners of this stellar venue paid attention to every detail and even more attention to creating a superior customer experience. Unlike the other major venue in the Delmar Loop, their entire staff knows how to make the guest feel welcome. Great sound, superior lighting, a massive stage, and some of the best views and clean, line-of-sight seating and views I've ever experienced. Seven bars, clean restrooms, ample, lit parking, and a great overall vibe. No attitude. The venue features great artwork, a real rock n' roll vibe, and industrial architecture. While I don't always enjoy driving too far outside of the city, this venue makes it all worth it. Their security acts professionally and the crowd reciprocates. I just hope they continue to excel and maintain their standards. Here's to years of fantastic shows and memories! read more

I went to a concert here on 11/3/2022 and had a good experience at first. Later in the show i was TRAMPLED by a security guard (a larger full grown man) chasing someone at full speed who "slapped him on the arm". I was standing in the outer part of the crowd, but there were still plenty of people within arms length of me. All the sudden i am on the concrete floor. Luckily I only had scrapes on my elbows and knees. The security guard helped me up, asked if i was okay, and told me he'd replace my drink that had spilled. I was not happy as he put me and a couple hundred other people in danger running through a crowd like that. the only people that were truly concerned was EMS, who does not work for the venue. the management and security team handled this terribly in my opinion. they told me that security did their job and they wouldn't have handled the situation any differently if it were to happen again. the only thing they could do to "fix" the situation was get me a free drink. my concern is for people in the future possibly getting injured more severely than i did. i expressed my frustrations and the manager pretty much told me there's nothing they can do about it and it was just bad timing/an accident. they need to do better!! read more

Three of my friends and I went here for Olivia Rodrigo. We got there at 8 am and waited 10 hours to get inside which we expected but when we lined up to get into the venue (in the rain), things got scary. A Factory worker came out to tell us all how we should go into the venand told everyone that it was a "free for all". So, as soon as the line started moving, someone removed a part of the barricade and proceeded to push everyone. Then, once inside they had half of GA (500 people) waiting to go in three doors all at once. People were pushing boundaries set by staff and talking about pushing/trampling people and security did nothing. Once everyone was allowed to go to general admission floor, the Factory worker opened a single door which led to people being pushed into the wall, the door, and other people, causing multiple injuries to the people I was with. One my friends was pushed into the door frame and screamed out for help from a worker and was ignored. We are not upset with the venue because we received bad seats, we were at the barricade and a the row behind. We were just uncomfortable with the lack of care for the safety of the patrons. Overall, the Factory should have been aware that Olivia Rodrigo would have of a lot of intense/excited teenagers and should of prepared properly to keep everyone safe. read more
