While it looks like a sit down place to order at lunch it's pretty much like Qudoba, Long John Silvers, etc look at the menu board and walk over to the register and pay a premium for the ambiance.

The dining area is used for receptions during the weekends, but during the week it is a place to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've never been to one of their catered events (that I know of), but if their restaurant is any indication, I would have to imagine that it's pretty darn good. I've never had a bad meal here. I work really close to this location, so it's a really convenient place to grab a bite. They have a bit of a different set-up--you order at a counter, grab your drinks and a seat, then they serve it to you. It actually makes the process go really quickly, ideal for a work lunch. The menu is extensive and filled with wraps, sandwiches and salads. It's inexpensive and you get a lot of food for your money. For instance, a chicken wrap with two sides is under 8 bucks. And the food is good. My only complaint is last time I was there, the fries were a bit bland. They also have a nice patio area, so you can get outside in the middle of a workday--which many times is much-needed! My favorite thing about this place is the daily "freebies" you get with your order. Tuesday you get a free beverage, Wednesday a free cookie, and Friday they offer a free ice-cream sundae (they offer other things the other days as well). This only makes the value of your meal even greater.

They were 6 dollar tickets and we were going purely to people watch before you judge haha. I didn't know one song coming into this and I still don't know one song a week later. Ok the amphitheater is a great venue, I LOVE the lawn seats, it's a concert experience that is forwardly more social and relaxed versus buying actual seats. I've sat in both the seats as well as the lawn, and at this venue prefer the lawn. They offer rental chairs for like maybe $25/each inside or you can bring your own chairs and blankets to sit on. The food and drink situation is not so great here, it is concession stand food, and even the tacos were below average. However, they have absolutely no problem reaming your wallets empty from pricing. Food and drinks are SO expensive. I wanted just a plain hot dog and instead had to pay 10$ for the most below average nasty hot dog imaginable. The seltzers were 25 dollars each, yes my mouth was agape when the lady casually asked for "50 dollars and tips go XYZ". It also is 25$ just to park on the parking lot.I think over the years this venue has been less utilized and overlooked for many reasons, it's nothing to write home about and very outdated and bland, but still a good enough venue. Especially when you get 6 dollar tickets!

The bar itself is super stylish, really well decorated, and has this chill vibe during the day. I had a couple of cocktails and also grabbed the Italian flatbread, which was perfect for a light bite. I made reservations, they require a credit card to make reservations so that if you cancel outside of the 24-hour time period or you do not show up, they can charge you up to $25 per person. Fair. I've seen this before in other restaurants. I made a 5:45 pm reservations as it was on a Saturday and I wanted to get there before it got too busy. We were seated on the lounge area. I asked the waitress if there was a way we could be seated at a normal table for dining. She then explained that people have eaten dinners on those tables before and that there's no open tables to move us to. Why, yes. I have also eaten off of a picnic blanket while at the park. I am well aware that people can eat off of different types of surfaces. Anyway, we made do though I was annoyed having to lean forward to take a bite out of my steak. The plate was too large to sit on my lap and I didn't want to eat off of my lap anyway. By the way, the proper table by us was empty the whole time from the time we got there, ordered appetizers, and our main entree, ate everything and sat around for 10 more minutes to finish our drinks. The food was excellent! We started with the crab dip which was true to its name. It had crab meat and topped with some crisp bread crumbs, no fillers. For places who try to pass off crab dips, they should take a page off of High Bar's recipe book. My husband had the chicken sandwich and I had the steak for my entree. As usual, I ordered mine medium rare which came properly prepared. I always get nervous when ordering steak at a non-steakhouse but I trusted my gut and they delivered. My husband really enjoyed his chicken sandwich. It had 2 fried chickens stacked atop one another. He took one off and took it home for later. We both had some cocktails. I love their spritz and the spritz options they have. Our waitress was okay. She wasn't overly friendly or attentive but she took our orders and kind of acknowledged our existence when she had to. The people delivering our food and drinks were nicer. We wanted to take our leftovers home and told our waitress this. She dropped off some containers and the check. We left shortly after. I was honestly hoping for a much better experience. At least the food was still really good!
