We came here on a busy day and there were a lot of people! There's plenty of parking and it's close to quite a few eateries and a Super Walmart. This is a pretty big place so although it was packed, there was still room for everyone to jump and have fun. There are several computers to complete waivers prior to checking in and paying. Take note that most of their promotions aren't valid on Saturday and Sunday. It's also important to note that they don't have lockers for rent so you store your items in the cubbies at your own risk. They have sections for birthday parties and several tables. There were quite a few parties taking place during our visit. The obstacle course is fun but when you're older, it's a lot harder to get out of the foam pit then it looks lol! The trapeze was a lot of fun and provides a soft landing. I took a star off of this rating merely because of cleanliness. It didn't take away from the purpose of our visit, which was to have fun. My 2 year old daughter and I came on a Friday at around 11am.It is extremely clean. the place is very spacious! people complaining about it being average and not that big should go to a small town and see what we have. So we loved it !!! It was pretty much just us and we had the best time. the young workers were extremely nice and even played with her. at the end when it was time to go , (the manager I believe, guy that took our payment) my daughter was not happy about leaving and he brought her a Capri Sun with my permission. This place is disgusting. The restrooms are nasty and have graffiti all over and not sanitary. The cubes in the cube bins are musty and worn out. It stinks and I have yet to see anyone sanitize anything. Employees standing around talking in groups. I mean charging $30 for 2 kids an hour you would think there would be sanitizing going on somewhere with all the germs around these days. I organized my son's 5th birthday here and had an amazing time. Our host, Morgan, was so sweet and made it so easy to make sure everyone was taken care of. They provided party supplies and plenty of room for gifts and personal belongings. The arcade also provided entertainment for the party goers. read more

3 stars because I'm glad there's finally a trampoline park in MS, and it's not bad. It could be better, however, because it's not as big as Get Air in Mobile, AL, which has more obstacle course stuff than this one. The price isn't too bad, but holy crap it adds up! It's $12.99 per person per hour (they close 11pm Fri & Sat). It would be nice if they offered a lower rate for ages 10 and under or something...and student discounts. The young female at the counter was not very friendly, in fact, she was a bit sassy. I didn't see any name tags on the employees which would have been helpful, especially since there's quite a few of them. The concession counter went slow because they only had one girl at it while I was there, but at least they take cards. This place can be good for date night, bday parties, or family outings. I wish they'd dim the lights and do glow in the dark/UV neon lighting and play cool music, that would make it funner & cooler! read more

Average at best. This place was crowded and not very much room for the amount of people they allowed in. I recommend the trampoline park in New Orleans or Jackson. Those are way way better. Maybe this place will improve with time but it definitely needs to be bigger or limit the people allowed in. Also there were some children that were turned away from some of the activities such as dodgeball due to their age (one year too young) upsetting them of course, but there was a smaller child in the dodgeball ring playing. When parents asked why he was allowed but not the others, The worker said the young child was the owner's son and that he could do what he wanted. This was not any of my children but multiple parents saw and heard this and became angry. One family even left after the worker told them that. read more

First of all I took my grandson here today for the first time and it was ok just ok! For the Dodge Ball Game you had older kids just playing among themselves and hogging the balls and wouldn't let anyone else join in the game and when I asked the attendant about it he said well that's just the way it is, I was like really and the exact same thing for the basketball area where older kids just played & played and would not relinquish the balls!!!!!! Went to use the Bathroom and they were not clean trash can was overflowing with paper and the bathroom stalls had absolutely No toilet paper!!!! For my $ 31.00 I would rather go somewhere where my money is appreciated and my grandson can play and not just watch other people play!!!!!! They prefer u to prepay online but took 15 min for us to check in then told us that they don't compensate it or the 15 min of time so we really only got 40 min for an hour paid. If u prepay I suggest u arrive 30 min before ur time slot so u get the full hour paid for. The employees don't care that rules are being broken ..... as they are too just talking to each other. This is a nice facility, but the staff has very poor customer service. I had two workers complain about not wanting to be at work when asked what's bothering them. They don't pay close attention to the children. The vibe here is not happy! I told the workers at the front desk about it and they (3 ppl) stared at me blank faced and did not say a word. i come here almost every friday to hang out with some of my friends and to watch my little brother and i have to say not the best experiences with the manager and staff. the girl at the counter when you go to pay has an attitude almost all the time. i watch my little brother and just sit on the couches and buy a few snacks but the manager has a problem and say it's not a babysitting service even when that's explained you still have to leave if you haven't payed for only sitting on the couches and not going in the jumping area. bathrooms trashed always. fights in bathrooms. and people aren't allowed to sit on the table type things even when the couches are all taken up. prices were raised to $19.95 from 7-11 for friday frenzy. read more

The previous reviews on this business suck. I've visited at least a dozen trampoline parks across the US. This place is new, about twice as big as some I've visited, priced the same as others. OF COURSE IT WILL BE CROWDED ON THE WEEKENDS Y'ALL, DON'T GO DURING THIS TIME IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE PLACE TO YOURSELF. Go during the week preferably in the morning. My girls love coming here with their friends whenever we can drive the hour here. So for her birthday party, we scheduled it here. But I picked the wrong day when I set it up online. Somehow when they called to confirm, I missed her saying Sunday. We showed up SATURDAY with 2 carloads of kids & then the error was noticed. They scrambled us a table, balloons, the full package. At first I thought this would be a great place to bring friends, but I was wrong. None of the employees are enforcing the rules. Like I nearly land on 10 little kids resulting in probably bad injury. Great place for kids at a cheap price. Ask for Shelbi she is hands down the best. She knows it all when it comes to jumping.

Took the kids on Sunday and meet up with some other friends. Nice huge area for jumping and the flip pool(I guess you call it that) and trapeze area are really cool. HOWEVER, I second the sentiment that the young staff in the jumping areas are NOT enforcing some principal rules that keep people safe. Running, double jumping in squares, and not clearing the flip/ trick/ battle areas are going to get people hurt. Saw one guy jump and land right on a little girl. She got up crying. Moving forward, tighten up on the enforcement of key safety rules and it will be a fun place for years to come. read more

Great facility, but the employees are a NIGHTMARE! When I had my boys party here, the staff were fantastic. Months later down the road (to today) the staff showed how much they "actually" care about the safety of your children. PARENTS BEWARE!! I never had the eerie feeling of closely (to the point of almost holding heir hand) so closely as I did today! The facility employees on the floor ratio to the children was ridiculous! Maybe about 150 kids or more to maybe 4 or 5 staff members on the floor "watching". They weren't even paying attention to the kids! Especially in the dodgeball pit! My boys were playing in there y several other kids that were about the same age and things were fine until more big kids (ages 16+) joined in and then it started getting rough. All the big kids were on one side against the little ones. Granted i usually tell my boys to be tough when playing rough games such as this, but this just got extremely ridiculous! They were throwing the balls hard (which my boys and I could handle), but they were also throwing the balls at the kids faces, really hard, which I absolutely have no tolerance for and the rules on the wall had clearly stated. I watched as the attending employee looked around not caring for about 15 min. Another employee came along and chit chatted with this particular employee and they were both just slacking and not paying attention to the kids whatsoever and allowing these children to bully each other with headshots. I had enough, i SCREAMED at one of the kids throwing these hard balls and then i screamed at the employee for allowing such atrocity. I ushered my boys away and then proceeded to the concession stand to ask for a manager. She seemed like she was under the influence of something seeing as she had to ask me "what?" several times with a rude apathetic attitude. I was then pointed in the direction of the attending manager. I introduced myself and then proceeded to inform him of the concern with my children being hit in the face with the balls hard to which he replied "Yeah, that happens a lot" with very little concern. He then told me he will speak to the employees. No apologies, no concern in asking if my child was ok or not. Just went on with what he was doing. What a joke. I continued to monitor my boys closely as well as watch the floor for others that may be in the same situation. I watched as another mother held her crying child because she also got hurt, but not raising any concerns with the manager. I watched as the rest of the employees stood around looked at themselves or talking with each other. Obviously this place needs to do something about staffing AND child safety before other children get seriously hurt! This place is just promoting bullying in another form! Like I mentioned before, it is a nice facility with fair prices, but my children's safety come first and I will not sit back and allow something to happen to them or any other children for that matter and not raise concern. I can't stress this enough, PARENTS BEWARE! Not of the facility itself, but because of the employees that allow YOUR children, YOUR BABIES! To be hurt because you "signed the waiver" that allows them to be hurt. This is just covering their negligent employees and the company that doesn't care about your kid's safety. 2 stars only because I liked the facility and what it had to offer. 0 stars for the employees and their management. read more

I was there this past Saturday. Man is this place BIG. I've been to other jump parks, and this one had a ton of variety. The owner chatted with me and they're still bringing in more attractions and possibly an arcade. My kids played for 2 hours. Well worth the price of admission in the summer heat. The trampoline park itself is great, lots to do to keep the kids entertained for an hour or two. and when it's time to leave, they're so worn out that it's a good time for a nap. I was interested in having my son's birthday there, upon reading everything provided. But I decided to wait to book until I attended a classmate's party with my daughter. The kids loved the party, but I'm not so sure the mother did. The brochure describes a "full-service party host to do all the work" who's in charge of "set up, serve and clean up" in the party. At the party I attended, the host checked in all of the kids present, then disappeared to the back for the majority of the party. The birthday mom had to ask multiple other hosts to find her host to check in late guests, for waters, and to call the kids for cake. And when the host finally did arrive to the party table, a coworker followed her to chit-chat and gossip for the duration of the party. Granted the kids are young, but I don't feel like work is the place to gossip and hang out with friends. Likely won't book a party here if I have to hunt down my party host. read more
