3 stars because I'm glad there's finally a trampoline park in MS, and it's not bad. It could be better, however, because it's not as big as Get Air in Mobile, AL, which has more obstacle course stuff than this one. The price isn't too bad, but holy crap it adds up! It's $12.99 per person per hour (they close 11pm Fri & Sat). It would be nice if they offered a lower rate for ages 10 and under or something...and student discounts. The young female at the counter was not very friendly, in fact, she was a bit sassy. I didn't see any name tags on the employees which would have been helpful, especially since there's quite a few of them. The concession counter went slow because they only had one girl at it while I was there, but at least they take cards. This place can be good for date night, bday parties, or family outings. I wish they'd dim the lights and do glow in the dark/UV neon lighting and play cool music, that would make it funner & cooler!

Average at best. This place was crowded and not very much room for the amount of people they allowed in. I recommend the trampoline park in New Orleans or Jackson. Those are way way better. Maybe this place will improve with time but it definitely needs to be bigger or limit the people allowed in. Also there were some children that were turned away from some of the activities such as dodgeball due to their age (one year too young) upsetting them of course, but there was a smaller child in the dodgeball ring playing. When parents asked why he was allowed but not the others, The worker said the young child was the owner's son and that he could do what he wanted. This was not any of my children but multiple parents saw and heard this and became angry. One family even left after the worker told them that.

First of all I took my grandson here today for the first time and it was ok just ok! For the Dodge Ball Game you had older kids just playing among themselves and hogging the balls and wouldn't let anyone else join in the game and when I asked the attendant about it he said well that's just the way it is, I was like really and the exact same thing for the basketball area where older kids just played & played and would not relinquish the balls!!!!!! Went to use the Bathroom and they were not clean trash can was overflowing with paper and the bathroom stalls had absolutely No toilet paper!!!! For my $ 31.00 I would rather go somewhere where my money is appreciated and my grandson can play and not just watch other people play!!!!!! And to insult me further got home to look at my bank account to find out that I had been charged twice so please be careful and check your bank account if you pay with a debit card!!!!!

No one watching the entrance and exit.

Great place for kids at a cheap price. Ask for Shelbi she is hands down the best. She knows it all when it comes to jumping.

Hi, what is the entrance fee?

Depends on how long you stay. About 38 dollars for an hour.

Nice huge area for jumping and the flip pool(I guess you call it that) and trapeze area are really cool.

Ventured in on a Saturday morning after not having visited for a few years. The staff was friendly…read moreand welcoming, but unfortunately that was where the positives began to taper off. Almost immediately after walking in, there was a noticeable musky odor that lingered for the entire hour we were there. This wasn't a "you get used to it" situation--it never went away. We arrived roughly 15 minutes after opening, so this wasn't the result of a long, high-traffic day. The carpet throughout the facility looked heavily worn, with visible debris scattered around, which only amplified the overall unkempt feel. While the trampolines themselves appeared to be in decent condition, there is a sponge pit on site, and given the state of the rest of the building, I can only assume it wasn't particularly clean. Birthday parties began rolling in around 11 a.m., so the place was clearly gearing up for a busy day. The connected arcade and bowling area had updated games, which was nice, but unfortunately shared the same issues: dirty carpet, debris, and that persistent musky smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't return unless the facility showed clear improvements in cleanliness and upkeep. A little maintenance would go a long way here.

Bad for business, here's the story !!…read more On February 5th, I booked my son's party. After booking and paying the deposit, I only received the deposit confirmation email. No one ever contacted me after, nor did I receive anymore emails. This past week, I called three days in a row to make sure everything was in order (pizza toppings, extra food trays, drinks, decorations, etc.) I get there early to setup and pay. The young man at the counter told me that I am to pay after the party is over. The party time was 4:30-6:30. The kids jump for an hour and get called to the room at 5:30 to eat. Initially, the hostess only bought the pizzas. I inquired about the chicken nugget tray and sandwich tray to which she informed me that no one ever added the trays to my party itinerary. I told her that I spoke to someone on three multiple occasions. And she stated that she would go and make the trays. Once the kids were done eating, they attempted to return to jumping and were told they could not jump anymore. I went to the front desk and the employee got his "manager". The "manager" Josh, said that jump time is only for 1 hour and that if I wanted additional time, I'd have to pay $10 per kid (an extra $150). I told him no, and that no one ever informed me that jump time was for 1 hour for birthday parties. He was very condescending. I tell the kids to go back to the party room so we could finish eating (the trays finally arrived). The hostess then tells me the "manager" Josh was trying to backlog the calls to see who I spoke to. I told her that he didn't have to do anything because the matter of the fact is that no one properly communicated anything to me! I told Hannah, the hostess, that I wasn't mad at her nor yelling at her as none of this was her fault. She then informed me that Josh was in fact not the manager, but the supervisor. She stated someone named JJ is the manager. So I told her to tell Josh to give me the real manager's information. Fast forward about 15 minutes later, I met with Josh, another male and a female. The female starts to talk and says that made Hannah cry. I told her I could care less about the hostess crying as she had no real reason to be crying. I stated that my son and his friends were upset as they could not jump anymore. The female begins to talk and start to snap her neck. That is when I told her "I'm gonna stop you right there. You're not about to sit up here and snap your neck at me. that's what we're not gonna do! I'm going to go in here, and get ready for cake and ice cream. And I don't want y'all to say anything else to me" They then leave. We really had no hostess the majority of the time. We even cleaned up. As we got ready to leave, I asked my friend to stand at the counter so they could know I was going to come back in to pay as I wanted to move my car closer to the door for loading purposes. I was met at the door by two D'Iberville police officers who informed me that they received a complaint for a verbal altercation as I verbally assaulted them. Per the cops, the employees also told them that I did not pay my bill and wouldn't leave the premises . The employees said they didn't want me back at the business and if I come back, they would press charges for trespassing. In addition, they could charge me petit larceny. Moreover, the employees were standing on the other side talking mess. I told they'd better shutup. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO MULLET HOP AGAIN!!! Unorganized and Unprofessional!!

My child LOVES this place! And to be honest, I love it too- pretty sure I have just as much fun as…read moreshe does! I take my 5yr old to SkyZone and a jump park every weekend and of all the places I've purchased memberships for this one gives her the best workout and she never wants to leave- even after 2hrs of constant running. We've never used the arcade or their private birthday facilities but it hasn't been my experience to notice anyone having a hard time with these aspects of their services. I always get there early-ish so it's never too crowded. I did however go there after 3pm on the weekend and it was very intimidating and appeared to be a zoo.... But we still had tons of fun without incident even with TONS of kids everywhere all at once. It was just overwhelming to see sooooo many kids in every area playing. Staff is very attractive, friendly and eager to help and I've found truth in the statement that they don't always know the policies. However, in the event someone couldn't answer my questions they've always found someone that could. To me, the place is such a great value that the little details don't really matter as much as the total experience. IOW, it doesn't matter if the staff doesn't know every detail about everything or if a random teenager is a bit 'zealous' in the dodgeball arena- my child doesn't know the difference and has an equal amount of fun regardless. LOVE this place and look forward to it every Saturday.
