I've always been surprised that a place with mini golf, laser tag, a driving range, arcade and batting cage could have a below average Yelp rating. After visiting with my son after a lunch in the area, I get it. We planned to play in the arcade and maybe play laser tag later. The arcade was not well staffed. It's the type of arcade where many of the activities generate tickets to purchase things. We waited a while for somebody to come to the ticket redemption center, and eventually we had to go find somebody when nobody came. When we wanted to play laser tag, we could not see where it was. At the desk we were told it was in the "Rink Building". So we left the main building, and walked 5 minutes to the "Rink Building". It wasn't clear where the laser tag was. After failing to see it in the most obvious places, we ultimately asked and were directed to the top floor where there was an ice skating rink. We had to walk all the way past the ice rink to a mysterious corridor, where a worker sat alone in a thin hallway. It didn't seem like it could be the right place. We asked about laser tag, and we were told that it was the right place, but we needed to have a reservation in advance. It would have been great to know that, 15 minutes earlier, when we were at the main building and asked about laser tag. So the facilities seem bent to what the needs of the Sports Center are, rather than built in a user friendly way. And customer service seems an afterthought. I am unlikely to return. Two Stars.

When I was younger I used to come for team practices and use the machines and other nets for front toss. Now, I use the cages during the winter to hit off the tee and get some front toss so the cages really do their purpose for me. They have tees and bats to borrow if you want to come here with some friends for something fun to do. The staff is really nice and the rates for 15, 30, and 60 minutes are pretty reasonable (as shown in one of my pictures). To pay, however, it is CASH ONLY. My friend and I didn't know this prior to renting the cage, we were lucky we had enough cash! The good thing is is that they have an ATM by the front. Also, since there is a limited amount of cages I would recommend to call in advance.

They have clinics for kids ages 3 and up. My son loves their after-school clinic for ages 5-8. The home run derby with the boys' names up on the big screens was a huge hit, and the kids stayed engaged with one of the owners and the girl helping run the activities. Diana was also great, she even offered to go and wait with the McDonald's order I placed, we chose that instead of Giacomo's pizza and the boys LOVED it! She was very sweet and thoughtful. My only friendly suggestion would be to include drinks like water or Gatorade in the package, since the kids are so active. Overall, it was an amazing party, and we'd definitely celebrate here again.
