The owner (Cory) groomer my puppy six weeks ago and was friendly and gave me tips on how to keep the dogs fur nice and untangled and advised me to bring her back in six weeks which i did today. Someone else was there not Cory and this woman accused me of neglect and abuse and refused to do anything other than shave my dog fully. She accused me of not taking care of her and not following guidance, all lies. Do NOT go here !! I've never been so insulted. Our dog is part of our family and we would never ever harm her. You can tell that they really take care to do a fantastic job and take pride in their work. This is after going to several other area groomers who did NOT know how to groom Golden-doodles to say the least. Also, admittedly, every time I've brought Onyx in, she was in TERRIBLE need of a groom and she always comes back looking great, even though she often has to be shaved down quite short due to matting. I will add that only once did she come back not looking as great as usual but still okay...on this day there was a man receiving her that I had never seen before and I didn't see the usual two woman who are usually there.

Susan was so understanding and welcomed Sophie with open arms and really exceeded our expectations. We requested a shorter haircut to help with maintenance and hopefully make Sophie feel more comfortable w/o the long hair issues. Not only did the groomer cut one of his nails so short that it bled, but after the bath large patches of skin and fur started FALLING OFF of our dog and he needed to be rushed to the vet to see what was wrong. According to our vet in Stratford, it appears whatever cleaner/soap was used was expired or contaminated with some bacteria and caused an infection in multiple large areas of his skin. I am absolutely enraged by this situation and will be telling everyone I know in the area to stay far far away from this place... I am in absolute shock and cannot believe this. Not even an offer to give us our money back... $200 for this butcher job and another $700 at the vet because of the infection that this place caused. Absolutely horrible experience, legit -0/10.

Recently my 10…read moreyear old sweet furry rescue had to have major abdominal surgery due to an obstruction which turned out to be a VERY large fur ball. She pulled through with flying stars thank goodness but we really needed to address the beautiful but dangerous amount of fur that she had on her body. I have had Cats all of my life but never had them professionally groomed. What a FANTASTIC experience! Dana was so sweet and caring both to me and my Kitty. She was so gentle, talking to Piper throughout her 45 minute Spa day.
