Dpeche gets all excited when she sees the "Dog Spa." Even more-than the fine work, these are two of the hardest working, kindest, most conscientious women I know. They have always fit my dogs in when convenient for me, even if it's their usual day off. I trust them 100% with my dog, and this is saying a lot. My dog is family. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because they do not take credit cards. It's not a huge deal, just know ahead of time. There now are a few other animal groomers in town. I would not take my dog anywhere else unless I absolutely had to- ALL of my dogs, past and present, get excited when they see the front door of the salon; THAT says it all!

The groomer, Kelly, does not try to make your dog feel welcomed nor does she let them out to potty. She has no idea how to manage a puppy. In fact she called us and asked us to return so we could hold our puppy because our lil pooch would not stay still. Even after my spouse left work to help her groom our puppy she did a terrible job. It didn't even look like our dog was groomed. She assured me when I called she was familiar with my breed dog and was capable of managing a 6mos old pup. I do not recommend her services. It was a terrible experience.

Feeling exasperated I reached out to NPO and they were so enormously kind and uplifting to my deflated new-dog-mom spirit but more importantly they were very helpful and extremely patient with my pups needs.
