I have been going there over 2 years . And never had a problem until last time .. This time I brought both my dogs !! It took them over seven hours . They both came home with uneven cuts !! Ears were not done . She had a problem with one of the dogs and he wouldn't let her go near his face so she couldn't go around his eyes or mouth so he came home 1/2 done . Which I understand sometimes things happen .. But then she charged me full price for both actually she charged me over full price. I normally pay 80 for one but she charged me 186 for two. and when I paid she didn't even offer me my change back she just automatically kept it.. later when I got home and I really looked at the dogs, I called back and asked her if I could come down and I would hold the dog and she could try to cut his face . and she informed me absolutely not. That was not going to work. I just feel like she should of offered me a discount or at least try what I suggested. I was very unhappy. I will not be going back. read more

Great experience. I have a pit/boxer mix, Odie who hates having his nails clipped. I took him to Petsmart grooming twice. First time no problem, second time they got 3 out of four paws done and gave up. I called Four Paws and they said they said I could bring him in next day at 7:00 AM. We went there, in and out in 10 minutes. No fuss, no muss. The people there couldn't be nicer. Great service. Great smiles, and my dear Odie is proud to show off his wonderful pedicure. read more

I brought my mini-poodle here and had a terrific experience. The place didn't look like much from the outside, but they did a fantastic job with my dog, Mini-poodles are tough to groom, and I've had many bad experiences elsewhere. This time, he came back looking great and happy as could be. The pricing was also very reasonable. Ask for Johnna. The whole staff was incredibly nice and respectful, but she's the one who groomed my dog, and she really did a great job. read more

I had a terrible experience here TWICE. The first time I brought my persian cat here to get a lion cut. I was shocked when I went in to pick him up and they told me the price was $70. I never paid more then $45 for him anywhere! However, I figured well it must be exceptional care. To my surprise when I got home his nipples had dry blood on them from cuts. I decided to give it a second shot and went there again. I had an even worse experience this time. When I booked my appointment I warned the woman on the phone to please be careful around his nipples because last time they were cut and she assured me no problem. When I went to pick him up I was told by the groomer that there had been a cut near his rectal area and that she used liquid bandaid for it but that "I wouldn't have even noticed it". Not only that, but she told me AFTER I had already paid. When I got home not only did I notice it I also noticed a cut on his tail!! I was outraged that I had I just paid $70 for this type of service. I called the next day and spoke to a woman who informed me that "mistakes happen" and that "my cat was uncooperative". FIRST OF ALL, he is a cat!What do you expect? Second, every other groomer I have ever brought him to has told me how he is the best cat they ever groomed! Well, if you cut his tail and his rectal area, yeah he is going to be uncooperative! I was told the groomer who did my cat was not in that day and that I would be called the following Monday by her. Never received a phone call or voicemail from anyone. Very disappointed with the service I received from here and the way this situation was handled. NEVER bringing my poor cat here again. I could have gotten better service at petco for $40, but I was looking for a place that showed more love and care. Well, this is definitely not the place. Will never return here again. read more

Finally found a groomer with the patience to groom my dog!! My dog does not tolerate being groomed and most places do not tolerate my dog, but the ladies at this groomer are so kind and patient and great with the dogs, they get the job done! They have achieved the impossible with my pup. read more

I have been taking my two Shih-Tzus, Oscar and Sophie, to 4 Paws Grooming for years now. Lisa and her staff are amazing, and my beloved pups are always treated wonderfully. You can tell that they love what they do. We jokingly refer to their appointment as "Spa Day" - the dogs trot right on in they own the place and comes out impeccably groomed and smelling terrific!
