My husband and I had our small (30 people) wedding reception at the Falls on 7/24/21 and were so glad we did!! We booked this venue literally 3 weeks before our wedding day. We were scrambling to find something beautiful and that was available on our wedding date, and a friend recommended the Falls. When I called, TC was very understanding and set up an appointment for us to come view the facility and discuss our options immediately. Upon arriving, you will see that The Falls is tucked away in a quiet area of town. You drive under an old tunnel to arrive (which was great for photos BTW!) They recently remodeled the building and the dark hard wood floors and exquisite chandeliers truly make this place so romantic and eloquent. The packages are buildable so they can work with your budget. On our wedding day, TC and his team did a wonderful job making all of our details come true and the food was delicious!! The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to come the day before to set up our decor and centerpieces. They also brought food from the buffet over to my husband and I which was a nice touch. They made sure we always had enough to eat and drink, and they served the food right on time - HOT which is important! Side note - the property is so beautiful for photos! Behind the venue are great photo spots with many woodsy photo areas, the pictures turned out looking like we were in the middle of the forest! We had my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and it couldn't have been more perfect! The staff were so pleasant and helpful, even down to helping us come up with the best custom package for us! On event day, one of our cats jumped on the cake box ruining a portion of the picture on the top of the cake! We were devastated! It was Janet and staff to the rescue and they fixed it! Our 1st Daughter to get married chose the venue with her fiancé without input from the parents and chose The Falls. Obviously we raised intelligent kids because it was a great choice. The Falls is in an out of the way place in Morrisville,Pa. but don't let that fool you. It's like someone took the absolute best hosts, bartenders, caterers, wait staff, DJ, MC. and photographers and videographers from all the best venues on the East Coast and said " ok start a wedding facility here" The food, the staff the entertainment excellent! The MC and DJ had everyone up and dancing and having fun all night -everyone! Netty who runs the events is a sweetheart and the glue. She was on top of everything making sure every second was perfection. The throne chair, #letters and the fireworks added a finishing touch to the Retirement Celebration. The staff's attention to detail and TC's mere presence made me more appreciative. On April 16, 2022 I hosted a breakfast brunch for an organization I am affiliated with "THE KING Movement" this event was hosted at "The Fall's Banquet Hall" in Morrisville, PA. We had about 70 attendees. I have nothing but high praise for The Fall's Banquet Hall. From day one of the planning stages until the day of the brunch, the owners TC Cuthbertson, his lovely wife, and their amazing staff were extremely professional. They answered all my questions, and they addressed all my needs no matter how small. On the morning of the event, I walked into the venue everything from the food setup to the banquet hall was perfect. The staff was on point and provided A+ service, we wanted for nothing. We just had our wedding on January 2nd 2022 and wow this place is literally the most amazing and most beautiful place in the world. The staff is amazing and very patient. Let's start off with the weird location I would never recommend this place to anyone. And if you are planning on throwing an event here if you want to tip the servers do it personally don't give the Owner a envelope with money for tips he WILL NOT GIVE IT TO THE SERVERS. He keeps it for himself. Completely unfair and is considered stealing. It's not fair for us who throws these parties and expects everyone to split the tips and not the OWNER keeping it for himself. Writing as the groom. I had my wedding in August, a few weeks ago, and at first The Falls seemed like the right choice, but we soon found out that we were mistaken. The Falls is a Beautiful hall located beautifully in Morrisville, PA, but the management (TC) really made the process difficult. We understood that as the pandemic, things were going to get complicated and we still decided to proceed with our wedding. These are my reasons for rating this place a 1 star: 1. When we decided to continue with having our wedding at the Falls, TC has informed both our families that we would continue with our wedding indoors if it were to rain on the wedding day, three weeks before the wedding, TC calls us telling us that we would need for help pay for a tent (4.5K additional) but that he would split the price. At first we were bothered because prior to this, TC had given us a rate a few months before COVID occurred, then he decided to discontinue the rates and gave us new (higher) rates. He then advised us that we would be the only party in August that would utilize the tent , so we agreed to pay a portion of the tent. Come to find out later through another family friend that they had a party at the location a week prior. 2. On the day of, it was a nightmare... we had agreed with TC to come in earlier in the day to drop off our own decor and cake.... so on my way to the Falls, I had called him and he advised me that he will not open until 5PM (the wedding was scheduled for 5:30 at the church) so I could not possibly make it. 3. On the night, we had set the tables the day before and informed the matron that we would need 12 tables and each table would be numbered accordingly to fit the agreed guest count. We had a seating chart, TC had advised the workers to only input 11 Tables and took out only table 9. He then informed our families to pay for the extra table because there "was more people" , although we had already assigned a seat for every individual so there could not be extra individuals. So of course, we had a couple of guests whom were without a seats until our families agree to pay 500$ 4.Among many other things, at the firework finale, we were told that the fireworks would be amazing and would last 15 minutes.... it only lasted 2 minutes. We have various videos that recorded the event. 4. Not to mention that TC never counted the guests nor took anybody's temperature at the wedding day, as we were advised that he would, which is why he would be charging more (to pay for the temperature gun, and extra staff members whom would he would be paying to take temperatures and sign waiver forms). Overall, it was not what we had signed up for. Please read, review the contract and make sure you have a CLEAR understanding of what you are signing up for. read more

Avoid this place at all cost! Before I say anything more i have to say i am not bad person and i do not leave a bad review unless i am VERY upset! We had met with "TC" Treandous Randell Cuthbertson who told us is manager of all bookings for venue. We were booking event for our teenage daughter. For first thing, the venue look good at first look but when event happens, all of the problems are revealed. Food was good taste but COLD. There was not enough food and it create weird situations. For second thing, there was a very bad smell in the banquet hall. When we meet with TC he say it is not regular problem and it is not going to smell during event. My husband ask and tc says it is because hot weather in summer time. My daughter was so sad that her special day is ruined. As a parent you want best for your child and because this venue so much more expensive than other ones, we think this is best choice. Wrong! We do not recommend falls banquet for anyone else and we will not return. So bad experience! read more

I have been to this facility a total of 4 times for different engagements and my experience has been OUTSTANDING! This place is a hidden gem! Facility absolutely beautiful, staff friendly, food exceptional and the owner himself actually came to our table to find out how our experience was and if he could do anything for us? The falls just can't be beat for value. I wouldn't have made the drive if not for a dear friend who asked me to cater her event. I don't particularly care to drive anywhere, honestly. The Falls is easy to get to. I just took Route 1 all the way down. No tolls crossing over. As soon as I got off the highway there are a thousand and one signs on the right pass under the tunnel with more signage and the location is on your left just drive through the gates and find yourself a spot as there is ample parking. My first reaction was wow! I'm impressed! Not 2 minutes off the highway and yet I'm in a secluded Green Grove beautiful for outdoor pictures. I'm a color girl, so I naturally began thinking of garden details I would add, but they have maintained the grounds well. Not only did I attend an event here, but also catered it. The management here could not have been easier to work with. I was relieved and so thankful to find the kitchen super clean. Rest easy, you can eat here with no fears! We did not cook anything on the spot, but they did allow us use of their hot box and refrigerator. They have chafing dishes available if you choose to not bring your own as well as linens galore they can work into the package for you. We generally don't cater at banquet halls but this one made the process so easy. Talk about accommodating! We happened to forget something and they stepped right in offering to loan us a basket for the evening. Since I didn't check out the venue prior to the event, it was a pleasant surprise to be greeted at the door by someone from the falls who directed me to the room before I had a moment to wonder which way I was going. I initially noticed how clean the facilities were as I entered to sparkling floors in a well lit entry. They have gone with neutral decor throughout, so you over the top decorators need not worry! Your design vision won't clash with the decor going on in the space I did my mandatory bathroom stop well into the evening. Soap? Check. Paper? Check. Waste bins? Check. Smell? Clean! Thank God! Nothing worse than bathrooms that reek of urine or worse. I would have liked to see a little more decoration and maybe a little women's complimentary toiletry basket but that's not make or break deal item imo. Add your own and leave a personal note to your guests! The space was beautiful and the guests had an excellent time. It might seem "out of the way" but couldn't be easier. I left thinking I definitely need to have another event here. Between the facilities and the management, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I can't speak to how their food tastes but mine was . My niece wedding reception was so stressful. The continues changes in prizing and the lack of professionalism from the owner is unacceptable. Even at the last minutes as guest arrived we had issues including not having enough tables just to name a few. Apparently they forgot that when you count from 1 to 12 somewhere after # 8 is #9 and totally missed one table. The solution offered by the owner for the missing table # 9 was charging an additional $500 right in the middle of the reception. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Absolutely beautiful. Other then that, we felt completely scammed for our Wedding October 5th. Our contract included plenty of notes on paper attached to our file. Never received our food tasting, now we understand why our vodka rigatoni was a plate of rigatoni with red sauce and Parmesan cheese, our private cocktail room was no longer available as they booked a private party, as we rented the entire hall for the day, therefore (while we where rushing pictures to get our bridal party into the "filled cocktail room" of another party, for the open bar, appetizers.. we paid for was M.I.A. (attached paper work was history), buffet in the Main Hall ( decor was flawless) , we where specifically told in front of 17 family members, bridal party.. For the rehearsal where we would be since the paperwork was attached that Wednesday night, if it rained the venue would be set up in the cocktail room instead... The bridal sweet, after we where officially married, NOONE would enter so we could spend 15 minutes alone because there would be someone at front of the door letting people no, no entrance, 4 minutes in the bridal room and me and my Husband watch our priest run in to grab something she left in the room. Well she never apologized enough but I guess the woman watching the door could have been tending to the other party, at our private event. Ran out of food for both cocktail hr, buffet.... I could go on and on but I honestly don't have that much time. As I am looking for a reception hall for our daughter, this will not be the place, especially wittnessing everything she did as my Maid of Honor. There is not trust in The Falls Banquet and that is a shame since it is absolutely beautiful read more
