Nearly every detail the bride confirmed and signed off on before the wedding was ignored. The bridal suite had dirty champagne glasses and unsafe, wobbly chairs for hair and makeup. Both coordinators were hard to find throughout the day, and when issues arose, they were either dismissed or never followed up on. Guests were served the wrong food (including one with a serious allergy), others didn't receive meals at all, and many didn't even know dessert or coffee was available because there was no announcement. The champagne cart enhancement that was paid for was unstaffed and never used. Even simple things like helping the bride's nephew hand out programs--something I personally spoke to the coordinator about--were completely forgotten. Working in customer service myself, I know how important attention to detail, communication, and accountability are--especially for an event as meaningful as a wedding. What I saw that day was the opposite. The only person who seemed to know what she was doing was Sarah, who genuinely tried to correct issues and assist where others failed. Overall, it was extremely disappointing to watch such an important day unravel due to negligence and poor management.

We were scrambling to find something beautiful and that was available on our wedding date, and a friend recommended the Falls. When I called, TC was very understanding and set up an appointment for us to come view the facility and discuss our options immediately. Upon arriving, you will see that The Falls is tucked away in a quiet area of town. You drive under an old tunnel to arrive (which was great for photos BTW!) They recently remodeled the building and the dark hard wood floors and exquisite chandeliers truly make this place so romantic and eloquent. The packages are buildable so they can work with your budget. On our wedding day, TC and his team did a wonderful job making all of our details come true and the food was delicious!! The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to come the day before to set up our decor and centerpieces. They also brought food from the buffet over to my husband and I which was a nice touch. They made sure we always had enough to eat and drink, and they served the food right on time - HOT which is important! Side note - the property is so beautiful for photos! Behind the venue are great photo spots with many woodsy photo areas, the pictures turned out looking like we were in the middle of the forest! Owners: TC and Jessica - TC often made statements and then tried to go back on them; Jessica stated that she did not know what was included in packages and tried to use updated ones instead of the package we booked over a year prior Coordinator: Janet - consistently messed up details despite "noting them in our file" From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. Information on Falls website, Aisle Go (booking platform), and what was discussed in person often conflicted, leaving us unclear about what was actually included in our package. We were also verbally offered upgrades that were later denied because they were not documented. During planning, several details we finalized were repeatedly recorded incorrectly despite multiple corrections. A month before the wedding, I discovered our cake order had not been submitted to the bakery. At our tasting, there was no cake available because the bakery had been given the wrong date. We also learned shortly before the wedding that access to the venue was limited to two hours before the event unless additional fees were paid, a policy that was never disclosed during booking. We also experienced issues with vendors included through Falls. One photographer never responded despite multiple follow-up attempts. With the DJ service, promised deadlines were missed, edited songs were not provided until the morning of our wedding, some edits were incorrect, and ceremony music was mistimed. Unfortunately, many wedding-day details were also wrong despite being discussed repeatedly during planning meetings. These included: * Incorrect chair sash placement * Wrong centerpiece setup * Champagne placed at our sweetheart table despite being offered an alternative * Food and drinks promised during photos that were never provided * Wrong sauce served with pasta * An aisle runner that was never placed * Incorrect dessert table setup * Guestbook table not set up until requested * Incorrect table numbers and seating arrangements that required correction by our wedding party Several guests reported never receiving wedding cake, despite having two tiers available. We were also told leftover desserts and cake would be packed up for us, but that did not occur as promised. When weather forced our ceremony indoors, staff made no effort to protect the floral arrangements we had paid for. Decorations were damaged or went missing, and one item supplied by our florist was never returned. There were also not enough chairs set up for guests at the indoor ceremony. Additional concerns included staff appearing frustrated when questions were raised and multiple guests reporting that the bartender was wearing headphones and talking on the phone while serving drinks. No wedding is perfect, but the number of communication issues, planning errors, and wedding-day mistakes was extremely disappointing. What was most frustrating is that nearly every issue involved the venue or vendors contracted through Falls, while the vendors we hired independently performed exactly as expected. I wish I could leave a more detailed review. I hope future couples or event hosts reconsider using this venue.

The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, and the banquet manager made sure that everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. The servers started handing out cakes on the opposite side of the room but one guy spotted us looking quite jealous, took pity, and brought us cakes right away. Overall, a great experience. She was even so thoughtful in making sure our other vendors were well taken care of and hydrated on our wedding day. We were really trying to "ball on a budget" and we were amazed and thankful with how much we were able to plan our day based on our budget here.
