Terrible experience... website very misleading!!! Most of the equipment wasn't working. The staff was great behind the desk.... but didn't know how to work the pitching machine. I booked for a machine to pitch automatically. They said that has been broken for awhile. Basically spent $50 for nothing. read more

I love coming here to get reps in my favorite lane is lane 6 because it offers different pitch types

WASTE OF MONEY! (hopefully they fix it) This is based off pure baseball batting cage performance... it's 12 seconds between each pitch, you're standing their for 10 seconds waiting for the ball to come out. you get tired and the timing is never there because it's a waste of time. i should be hitting every 6-7 seconds maybe 8 for little kids, even that's long. i also spent 10 mins of my 30 mins cleaning up the balls twice, i should be able to hit for 30 mins w/ out picking any balls up. this place can be very nice, it could actually be a high end baseball batting cages like i was told, but right now it's not. i will never come here again if nothing is changed... i was also shocked on how many balls we're in the dirt. i had about 2 dozen balls in the dirt every 12 seconds for 20 mins. all this for $50!!!!! i will take my ratings down, and fix this if/when these cages are fixed. i hope they're fixed so i can go hit somewhere, $50 is already overpriced, and then its a terrible performance. i'm sorry, but this is not a real baseball center; a real baseball player would know better read more

I have never been to a bating cage venue that's so tucked in between an industrial area with no sign out front or some sort of land mark indicating the venue. Secondly, poor lighting at exterior in the late hours of the facility. Map directions take one to the gymnastics place three buildings down. In the process of my experience during my visit I parked in the handicap spot due to lack of flood lights when pulling in: regardless, I do have a handicap plaque, but I didn't have it with me. But the point is that this place lacks lights outside. The desk employee made a scene and was really rude to me and embarrassed me. I apologized and explained the situation. On my second visit, I rented a cage for 30min for my boys. After our batting, we picked up our baseballs and placed the buckets behind the net guard. Later in the evening I get a phone call from the same dude in the above mention stating that " IM A PIECE OF S**T and he wanted me to know that and that he was calling me as an employee.....what business does this! He even went on to say that he was going to check security footage. I told him that me and my boys picked up the balls and left them in the cage like so..... Sadly! I WILL NEVER RETURN. I RATHER GO TO THE PARK. read more

Emailed and called for a lesson for my son and no response. If they are full a courtesy email/call back is not too much to ask for.

I took my son out there, twice. First time no attendant. Second time, ok enough, fairly expensive for a half hour but it is what it is but no ball return. So who cares about not having a ball return right? Well, I left the facility only to get a nasty text from the young man working the desk to tell me I needed to clean up the balls because if not he'd have to do it and it may delay the next appointment (if there was one). What batting cage expects you to pick up your balls? Then you have an attendant, what is he doing all day then? Customer service terrible. And just on that experience alone I won't return. The audacity to send a customer a text like that is unbelievable. read more

My first experience at this place was good, it was pricey but good overall. My second visit however did not go as smoothly. I was standing outside the cage while my friend hit when a ball skipped under the cage which was traveling at 70 mph's, and hit me in the back of my ankle. I then asked for ice from the employee in which he replied they had none. It Bruised my ankle pretty badly and it prevented me from playing in my baseball game the following day. I'm very disappointed with the Farm SCV's lack of care for safety. I then followed up with the owner leaving a voicemail alerting him of the problem, he must have disregarded it because I still haven't heard back from him. Overall I do not recommend this place! The price you pay for the service you receive is awful and I urge anyone looking for a cage to just drive to one out in the San Fernando Valley. You'll save money and not have to deal with any of this non sense. read more

Found this place by luck and decided to have my son's 10th birthday there. So glad that I found this place, not only did my son have an awesome time with doing the virtual baseball game but all the guests really enjoyed it too (kids & adults). The service that we received from the coach &staff was great! Everybody was so helpful and made sure we were taken care. Would definitely recommend them. read more

This is definitely my new spot! I really enjoyed the new facility with state of the art equipment. The Hit Trax was super cool and can't wait to get on it again. Santa Clarita definitely needed some new batting cages and the fact that they are indoor makes it 100x better!! The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Yay, Santa clarita has new batting cages! They are pretty great too if you have softball and baseball players as kids as the machines will switch from one to the other and change speeds. You control it yourself too, so double bonus! We will be back for sure! read more

Took my daughter here tonight just to see what it was all about and hands down love the place. My daughter spent 2 hours hitting balls and didn't want to leave. Sean was great and gave us alot of information. My daughter walked out happy saying how much she loved this place and can't wait to go back. We will definitely be back highly recommended. read more

So happy this place opened! Definitely the best batting cages I've been to! The staff is super cool and friendly. Me and my buddy had an amazing time here. Can't wait to go back again. Just signed my daughter up for Hart Spring Softball YAY! Unfortunately, there was a lottery system for accessing the fields for practice and we did not make the cut. In a crunch...it was super hard to find a place that could accommodate the entire team for practice (in the next 2 days) Coach found a place called THE FARM!!! It's a bit hidden (next to Wallers gymnastics) but WHAT A FIND!!!! They're not open to the public yet but it'll be a gift to all of SCV when they do!!! It was so easy to sign up, pay and sign waivers. All online! Staff/Owners are AMAZING!!!!!! I came in after a really long week and noticed there wasn't a vending machine around. I was just getting ready to head out when I decided to ask why this was. ONE OF THE GUYS TOOK OFF, BOUGHT US ALL WATER AND A PILE OF YUMMY SNACKS!!!! We didn't ask for any of it! They just earned themselves a customer for life! This is what good customer service is all about! THANKS GUYS!!!!! read more
