Great location, next to Bowdoin College, which has a gorgeous campus. The only suggestion I have for such a nice hotel is to include a magnifying make-up mirror in the bathroom, which would be helpful for those of us with poor eyesight and/or for those that are shorter and can't get close up to the mirror over the vanity. In addition, its central location allowed us to explore a number of towns situated along Maine's mid-coast. There is little doubt that we will be returning.

Being someone who is very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances, I felt like I was suffocating throughout the night, even though I slept with my windows open. It never turned into a cold or flu so that's how I knew it had to be the chemicals. It's been 3 days since staying there, and I'm still recovering from pain and inflammation in my body.
