Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes lady comes up to the window and tells us to park so we park and there's no cars parked in customer parking in the lot and one person was behind us in the drive through line and we proceed to have to wait for 30/35 minutes until a lady came out with our food. The manager had brought us our food as well she wanted to rudely say "Here's your food!" then walk off quickly. I didn't receive any coupons for my wait or an apology. 0/10 service. My fiancé placed a mobile order and we waited over 30 minutes for our food to be ready. The workers were slow, unprofessional, and rude. They no idea what to say or do and were not busy whatsoever. Multiple people got their orders before us and appeared to have the same amount of food. The drive-thru girl looked unsure of how to do her job and whoever handed us the food could have been nice but wasn't at all. Not a pleasant experience and the initial interaction at the speaker did not prepare me for such rude employees. Love coming here for a light lunch. The chicken tenders basket is my go to dish from here. Comes with country gravy and hot fries and Texas toast it not bad for lunch. For some reason this Dairy Queen has stopped putting toppings into their Blizzards. I have filled up a Blizzard card there (5x blizzards purchased to get a free one) and I still won't be going back there. The Blizzards are almost completely without toppings and you can even tell what flavor you have until you make it all the way down to the bottom of the cup. I seriously don't know what happened there or if management has trained the employees to use the least amount of toppings possible but you honestly can't taste or see any toppings in their blizzards anymore. It wouldn't be so bad if didn't love so close to this location and they weren't $6 each. I will buy my kids blizzards from other Dairy Queen locations in the area from now on because the kids don't want to go to this one anymore and neither do I. When my sweet-tooth acts up, and I need ice cream, I thoroughly enjoy DQ's blizzards. They have a great selection of add-ins and styles that make it easy to experiment or improve what you already enjoy. Their grill burgers are also quite a nice treat, as the flavor is a bit deeper than other places such as McDonald's or Burger King. The baked treats and special sides are a welcome variety in this area, and I can safely say that I am addicted to their soft pretzel sticks, as I have them every time I go here. I love this location! We had the spicy buffalos strips with fries and they were phenomenal! The service was adequate and the staff was on top of things which I always appreciate. Now... the bathrooms. I don't know how the bathrooms looked bc they smelt sooo good! One thing I hate is a tank bathroom after I have just ate. So thank you for the bathroom upkeep! My almost 5 year old enjoyed the outdoor playground!! So overall a great experience. read more

It's a Dairy Queen. It's a little worn down, a little out of the way for us (I'm not sure why Bentonville or Rogers does not have a DQ). Never have had a problem with this DQ. Eat breakfast there regularly on Saturday mornings. They have the standard fare(eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy, etc.) that is pretty good. Prices are really inexpensive for the amount of food that you will get. read more

We've been to this DQ plenty of times and most of the time everything has been okay. Lately though, my blizzards have been far from it actually. The past few times we've been there my regular order of a small cookie dough blizzard has been nothing but vanilla soft serve with about 4 pieces of cookie dough.
