I wouldn't recommend this company for anything big. Which our wedding wasn't even that big, roughly 115 people. The issues we ran into were burgers practically raw, my wife is a vegetarian and her burger was ice cold. Seconds were never offered to our guests, as soon as the last table got their food, they cleared everything off so in the end a lot of our guest left hungry. They also ran out of food, so the last two to three tables couldn't get any pretzels. The last issue we have, is that we sent this company an email just notifying them of the feedback we have been receiving from our guests, honestly just looking for an apology and we couldn't even get that. It is a disappointment to have this issue, since my wife and I really enjoyed the Bailey's Range Restaurant.

    Duck meatballs. So delicious.

We used Fifth Wheel as our catering company for a holiday party we had. I spent a lot of researching catering companies, and this fit our needs great. They had all the lists and prices post online, which is really awesome. I never understand why all companies don't do that. The food options were exactly what we liked, and they have a ton of vegetarian options. We ended up doing quite a few appetizer trays. We got a tray of duck meatballs, which I heard were amazing. A tray of stuffed cherry tomatoes, which were my choice and were so good. I ate more than my fair share. A cheese tray. A hummus platter. The shrimp cakes were phenomenal! And ham and cheese sandwiches. The shrimp cakes and the duck meatballs were the biggest hits. I'm a big fan of Bailey's restaurants. They dropped everything off, we just had to drop off everything back in the morning.

We tried the short rib, chicken, and beans tacos. All had good contrasting flavors that meshed. Crunchy cabbage with pulled teriyaki-ish short ribs, the crunchy chickpeas with refried beans and a hint of spice, and soft chicken with caramelized onion and fresh salsa verde - you can't go wrong! I wish I had taken pictures prior to devouring the food. Would definitely get food here again.

Pretzel bites (almost all eaten already, haha) and Pachos

We had a few 4 Hands beers (delicious) and decided to get some snacks. We tried the Pachos (delicious potato chips with bacon and blue cheese and stuff on top) and the soft pretzels with cheese dipping sauce. They're delicious! Wonderful bar food.

They're version of a juicy lucy, but wait there's no cheese in the middle. Lame and false advertisement. Dont eat here.

Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. At the end of the party they gathered everything up, helped set aside uneaten food for later consumption and left with very little for us to other than sweep the floor and fall into bed after a very fun and satisfying gathering of friends. They popped up because they are in La Quinta. During the year it took to plan this party, Chef Mark and Amy were SUPER responsive and transparent. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, "crack" bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The "crack" bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. They did everything from set up, cooking, plating, serving and clean up. Thank you, Chef Mark and Amy, for everything! We are still talking about your cooking :)

They were so professional and even better, the food was absolutely outstanding. What matters most to me now is how businesses handle Covid protocol and they had masks on the entire time and practice safety social distancing. The food was everything and more. The ingredients were fresh and made with love, you could just tell and with every bite there was a new feeling of satisfaction. The portions were out of this world so make sure to have an appetite because you will not be eating lightly. The next time we're in Palm Springs area, we know exactly who to contact.
