We had a group dinner here. There were about 32 of us.they set us up bin a private room and push the tables together so there were 8 at each table. It was Happy Hour so the appetizers were 20% off and three entrees were also 20% off. Certain drinks were 25% off. They have a big appetizer menu. I ordered shrimp and grits. It was delicious. It was full of nice size shrimp. Other people at our table had muscles (it was a very large portion),chicken parm and Parmesan crusted halibut. The only complaints was the asparagus was over cooked. The service was very good considering how many people were there. I'll be back again to try something else. read more

We found Fin and Flame on a whim as we actually had a reservation next-door at Palm City Social- I was perusing their menu as we were seeking a parking spot and it didn't take me a few minutes to decide that we should try Fin and Flame instead this evening after a long afternoon of Christmas shopping! They have a fabulous happy hour, and I have to say the appetizers we enjoyed were fabulous! The wild shrimp and crab mac & cheese is actually priceless- rich creamy crunchy shrimp! The two of us could not finish it and also had the seared Ahi tuna- the law that comes with the tuna is a showstopper. The dish itself had to take a backseat, which is sad when the tuna should've been the star but also says a lot about that slaw. The one thing we will be back for is the oysters we did the flame combo, which was the oysters Rockefeller, and the roasted oysters and probably would've licked the shells if it had been appropriate! They were absolutely delicious! I can't forget to mention our service as it was fabulous, and I made sure to tip on the full amount not the discounted amount from happy hour as it was very well deserved ! We will definitely return next time we're down in Palm City!!!!! Sorry we ate so fast. We didn't get any great pictures, but everything came out plated beautifully. read more

The Fin and Flame is nothing to rave about. Food was average at best but the service was good. Burger - basic and lacked flavor. The fries were delicious and crunchy. Buffalo shrimp - delicious. Very flavorful and a good portion size. Salad - good. Several toppings but lettuce was a little wilted. Short rib ravioli - I wouldn't get this again. The baby bacon burger was amazing! The burger was a mix of brisket, short ribs and chuck. Cooked perfectly and piled high with lettuce, tomato, pickles , fried onion strings and bacon jam ! And the sweet potato fries were great too It's a must try, you won't be disappointed read more

Stopped in here for the first time last night for date night. We're Black Marlin regulars and I can't believe I hadn't been here yet. Menu options were great! The dirty martini, old fashioned, prime rib and salmon bowl were perfect. Sat at a high top at the bar and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The prime rib was excellent! One of the best I have had around here. The crab and shrimp Mac and cheese was delicious and full of shrimp! Espresso Martini was spot on and my husband especially enjoyed their Campfire Old Fashion Bourban cocktail. We can't wait to go back! Lots more exciting dishes to try. Service was great. We came for dinner and they asked if we had reservations we were told we could not sit in the dining room but could find a hi top in the bar area. We didn't mind but it would have been nice if we were aware somewhere in there notices of this establishment. The young lady who waited on was lovely. I had the house Chardonnay which was delightful. We ordered -son got the char grilled salmon and ate everything on the plate loving it. Husband ordered chicken parmigiana that was huge and took half home for tomorrow dinner. But ate every morsel of the half for his dinner that came with pasta. I ordered an appetizer of stuffed calamari that was wonderful as this was not fried. I ate one of the two on the plate with marinara and took the other home. We all would order our choices again. As we ate the restaurant got busier. But it never got loud. Which was nice for everyone to be able to enjoy each other's company. It was a great evening. We certainly would come back but first make reservations. read more

First time going since it changed from The Palm City Grill. So, so glad I went there because it's just as good! I went by myself and sat at the bar. The bartender, Mia, greeted me immediately with a big smile and a hearty welcome. She was very friendly and professional - seriously fabulous the entire time. I ordered the haddock on the Happy Hour menu and it was delicious! Imagine Happy Hour on a Saturday, right? Great atmosphere, friendly professional staff, and fabulous food. Well done! We're frequent diners here and have never had a bad experience! Service food and atmosphere are outstanding. Had dinner last night consisting of just a few appetizers. Oysters were good, and the bambam shrimp and escargot were fantastic. Our server Lily greated us immediately and was very cordial and professional. My wife wanted to try a different kind of martini, and Lily recommended a Folie a Duex, which my wife loved. We arrived at around 4:45 and the place was fairly wide open, but by 5:30 it was packed so reservations are recommended. Happy Hour menu and drink specials are a plus! Plates and glasses were constantly being bussed from the tables. There isn't anything negative i can say about Fin and Flame. Our favorite go to place in Palm City. read more

I went here for my birthday. We were there for happy hour; was very pleased with the $8- martini option until we paid the bar tab and saw that we were upcharged $2- for making it "dirty". Never ever in my 30 adult beverage years have I been upcharged for a little olive juice thrown in the glass. Also, one of the worst filet mignons I've ever had. Went tonight for the first time since reopening. We were greeted by the same woman that was always there. Even though we made a reservation we could not get a booth as "it is for parties of 3+) however 5 of the 6 tables were 2. The younger hostess said "she gives the booths out" well I guess for whatever reason she did not think we were worthy Overall the food was good. Onion soup great. My burger was excellent. My husband ordered the large prime rib but it was small On the way out I saw a huge prime rib so I guess we paid for large and got a skinny one. Not enough help Everything was slow. I told my waiter there was no vodka that I could taste in my martini but he charged me anyway and did not offer to bring a replacement. So overall ok not great! We went 1st time. I definitely have to echo some of the other comments, Jess is definitely a bright shining star here. The place is nice, acoustically done well and allows table talk and you can hear, awesome. They've been open only a couple weeks, based on our experience, more work/practice is needed. The hostess is not welcoming, somewhat rude actually. There's a lady in a blue top too, that seems to second guess every seating, she comments openly in front of guests (not in a good way) she's actually worse than the hostess. It took 40 mins to get our app, bam bam shrimp..yuck. Fried but so covered in sauce the breading fell off, maybe not a bad thing, they also needed another min or so cook wise. I had the Parmesan crusted haddock, the breading was doughy and wet, except the underneath where it was hard and dark brown just above burnt; the rice was like overcooked minute rice, so bland and smooshy-maybe they have a big pot they scoop from and make it once in the morning, same on veggies over cooked and luke warm. My husb ribs, said to fall off the bone, nope not at all and no seasoning whatsoever very disappointing. Chefs generally try their food, couldn't have happened. The burgers looked good. Maybe in a few months they'll have their act together, perhaps we'll consider trying again..maybe. We did let the manager know how awful our experience was so they can improve. She was very gracious and we appreciate that. read more

we (2couples) had a 6:30 reservation 2/8/25. we arrived on time, to find that we had to wait for seating. We chose to wait at the bar, where we were just forgotten until a staff member was reminded of our presence. We were informed that we were waiting for a booth, which was just not true. We were then seated at a table at 7:20. We ordered salads,one appetiser, and entrées. Tth salads came out, but by 8:30 there was no other food. We asked for a cheque two times, but the waiter kept saying your food is coming right out. We decided not to wait, and stood up to leave, as we thought the kitchen never got our order. What a fiasco. Fin and Flame is a wonderful low key neighborhood restaurant with great food and fair prices and a nice pour of wine for a very reasonable price which is hard to find anywhere these days. This time we had the Cosmo's on the Happy Hour menu - fantastic!! And the mussels were fabulous. We always eat in the bar area - it's cozy and fun - we always see someone we know!!
