Staff were incredibly friendly and each one we crossed not only greeted us, they also made small talk, without being overly intrusive. Staff were in masks, as were about 50% of patrons. Self-checkout, do no cashier interaction to rate. We were pleased & would shop here again.

She told me twice that even if she could do something it would be a hour away. I didn't care how long it took She had no customer service skills for someone in her position and you would think someone of her age would. Health care professionals she was not. More like she climbed up from the depths of hell. I would never even visit this store or pharmacy ever ...... But Ron Stearns at RMS Jewelers in Spearfish took the time to carefully repair the hinge, and now our clock is back on the wall, ticking away.
