The staff did a great job and were very communicative during the entire process. They were willing to work with us on price and gave us a discount based on other quotes. We were allowed to view the showroom and take some samples to the house to see how the floors would look in the sunlight. We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. Overall, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we're very satisfied with their work!

After closing, we went into the house only to find the most nasty, disgusting stained carpet. Apparently the master bedroom belonged to the cats and dogs!!! The smell was another issue!!! We went to Home Depot and ordered carpeting only to be told it would be at least 3 weeks before it could be installed. A plumber was here to make major repairs (that's another story)recommended calling Country Carpets in Canton. I called them immediately and they bent over backwards to help us. In less than 2 hours from my phone call, they sent 4 installers to install new carpeting. They did an awesome job and left the place looking great!! We will be calling them again when we need flooring!!!!! AAAAA+++++
