We have used this company to replace one of our ac units about 1 1/2 year ago. We received a " lemon unit " is what my husband & I have been told by two of their technicians on multiple occasions. We have had at least half a dozen service calls and they never are able to remedy the situation. I placed a call on Friday August 20th, for the Supervisor to give me a call and escalate our issues to the owner. They told me they would discuss the issue on Monday during their 10am meeting and that I would receive a call shortly after that day. I never received a call about replacing our ac unit as well as having to replace out carpet / dry wall for damages that was caused due to the tech not being able to properly fix the issues. It caused the condensation line to leak in our attic and our ceiling has now fallen in and destroyed a wall and carpets in our upstairs hallway. Im now not only worried about the expenses of this but the worry of mold growing. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB. It's really a shame the employees have all been friendly it just stinks that the supervisors or owners are not wanting to take accountability to try and take the necessary steps to make this right.

While we were putting a new roof on for him, one of the cosmetic covers on my client's fire sprinklers fell off of his ceiling and hit the ground... I knew it wasn't our fault and it was an improper installation, otherwise it would've never fallen off the ceiling throughout the course of a regular roof installation, but homeowners don't know that, and technically, it was (Presumably) my men hammering that made the improperly installed cosmetic cover fall off.. (and of course it was 22 feet off of the ground on the highest voltage ceiling, you can imagine someone having).. I thought about doing it myself, but not only could that be considered a violation of my license, but in addition to that, I am not trained in handling fire suppression systems... Everything in me was thinking " I've been in skilled trades since 1991, there are very few things I don't know how to do, it's just a cosmetic cover, I'm sure I could just repair this and snap it back on." but then I thought to myself, "No, that's not right... how would I want another contractor to treat one of my family members ? ..the right thing to do by this client would be to hire and pay for the best, most reputable, licensed bonded, and insured fire suppression company I can find to take care of this the right way." So that's what I did... I got three bids from the three top rated companies... One of them was only about $70 parts tax labor out the door.. but I wasn't interested in a cheap price, I wanted the job done right- so contracted with Kerry and Firehouse. Reason I did that is because I wanted it done right, plus, I'm the best in my field, and if I'm going to send somebody into one of my clients houses, and they're going to be an ambassador for me, I want the best. Kerry did not disappoint... Everything was exactly as I would've expected from someone with his reputation. I was very pleased, and even my problem client was pleased. The sewer line cracked between the house and the street. The entire pipe needed to be replaced. We had 2 quotes for repair. Quail came in at a more reasonable quote and we went with them. This included the camera scope, dig, pipe replacement and putting the dirt back to the original look. We thought we were going to have to dig up our walking path as well but they were able to navigate around the path instead. *After completion, we re-seeded the lawn ourselves ourselves. We worked directly with Kevin but the entire crew were professional and couldn't have been nicer. They were respectful of us and the property. The crew really seamed to enjoy their jobs. I was waiting to turn right at the intersection, watching cars and trucks approaching at 70 mph when the Quail Plumbing truck pulled up behind me, honked and made inappropriate hand jesters at me. why? Unless you are the car sitting at the spot where you will merge into fast traffic, you should stay quiet. To me, this showed anger issues and very unprofessional behavior. This behavior did not make this company look good. How unfortunate this driver chose to express his anger at a kind person just trying to get to work safely.

Our compressor had sounded messed up from the day we moved into this new build, but Chaz Roberts refused to take responsibility for the bad install (over heated - weld). I reached out to the manufacturer and they recommended Adam's refrigeration. I purchased an extended warranty through Adam's refrigeration for the compressor, and now that I'm over a year of being in this home, I used that warranty to have a new compressor installed with Adam's refrigeration. Ron was The service tech tech looked over everything to get things ready for an extended warranty and then he also did the install yesterday. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Happy to know they will be servicing us going forward.

It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset. I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support. Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers: 1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left. 2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary. 3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
