Dust - laid on thick on top of my kitchen cabinets & tops of shower - so basically you'll have to do your own deep cleaning before you move in. 3. Neighbors can be super loud & rude (even during the day), kids running and screaming up and down the stairs sometimes for hours. 4. AC works overtime during the day. Doesn't usually get cooler than 78 in my apartment during the day. Bring fans. 5. The whole exterior of my building needs a refresh. Just a fresh coat of paint. 6.
