Since I left work early, I came because I had the time. It's not a big deal, I just don't like my haircut because it's flat and I want layers." At first, even though you only wanted to give me a lesson on how to style my hair, I said yes, I wanted your help. But when you started giving opinions about my face shape and telling me you had already done "many" layers, as if to say I didn't need more, that's when I decided to tell you no -- because it's not up to you to decide whether I like my own hair or not. This has been the case for years prior. Crystal had always gone red my services until now. I had several waxes left when she moved but was informed that my waxing contract expired. After reading the contract it is true it had expired but how unprofessional to have not given me a courtesy reminder prior to the expiration or moving towns. I randomly went to book a wax in September last year and seen the address had changed. I text her to inquire about the move and she responded by confirming the move stating she had just reopened. Unfortunately the vibe of excellent customer service is gone. All the five star reviews from Stockton should be removed as it gives customers a false impression.
