When I started 7 years ago, I had no core strength at all whatsoever and had never done Pilates in my life. Now, I'm actually doing advanced exercises due to my core strength! Anyway, we got to the box early and was greeted immediately. The box is small yet they have all the amenities ... bathroom with showers, filtered water station and they've got some retail items for sale too! Our coach was David ... he's so dang friendly and welcoming! It was a packed class and we didn't want to take up too much space, but he made sure to make us feel at home. We drop in to a lot of crossfits when we're on vacation, so this was a supper nice touch. The class kicked our butts! The community was friendly and welcoming. The facility is super clean (they mop the floors between classes even!). I can't recommend this place enough! Will definitely be stopping back here on our next visit to the big island. Mahalo!!!

The class was pretty full and it probably got up to as high as 105 degrees inside. Each area has their own personal heater that has different heat levels which is nice. At the end of the class, the instructor provided cold eucalyptus towels. This was so relaxing and after sweating so much, it was much needed. I never sweat so much in my life but it was super fun. I'd definitely try this again !

Jennifer is clearly passionate about her shop and yoga and endeavors to make a good selection of cloths and accessories available. A previous review mentioned that she doesn't have large sizes which has not been the case when were have been there. The cloths are high quality (generally organic) and if she doesn't have exactly what you want she is more than happy to order for you.

We explained we wanted a more sound bath feel for deep meditation. Unfortunately, the instructor had us stretch a bit and played music that was overbearing for the bowls. The last few minutes she played only the bowls which was amazing. I wish she only played the bowls for 60min. The studio is nice and clean. You can rents mats which is nice. We also got there about late and it wasn't an issue.
