Justin was at the front desk when we acquired our weeklong passes, and he was very friendly and accommodating. The gym itself is quite organized, with no shortage of working equipment. It's a great space with a nice vibe and good music. We trained in both the mornings and evenings and it was never too crowded. I've worked in the fitness industry for a long time and seen a lot of gyms - this is one of the best I've visited. Highly recommended!

The locker rooms and bathrooms are really dirty and often emit a really unpleasant odor. In the pictures you can see there is possibly mold growing or something else making the walls fall apart. Come on, the Planet Fitness down the road is in better condition. My biggest complaint is there aren't any available lockers!!! I don't understand why this gym lets people keep lockers overnight. No other gym I've been to allows this. This means that there's no room to keep your valuables when working out or showering. You will frequently see people lugging their gym bags all over the workout area because they don't have a locker to put their things in. It's really frustrating. My hope is that the owners change this policy to one where lockers are day use only, which is standard among every other gym I've been to on the mainland and in Hawaii. Additionally, there is a very limited offering of workout equipment, most of which is for weight training and not cardio. There are about 5 treadmills and 4 ellipticals, one of which is broken. The sauna breaks frequently too and last year the pool was drained for months on end. In summary, this gym is unclean and isn't big enough for the needs of the community. For a membership that costs about 100 dollars a month, I would expect a much better quality experience. Front desk employees are pleasant. Parking during mid day frequently is full.

The class was pretty full and it probably got up to as high as 105 degrees inside. Each area has their own personal heater that has different heat levels which is nice. Anyway, we got to the box early and was greeted immediately. The box is small yet they have all the amenities ... bathroom with showers, filtered water station and they've got some retail items for sale too! Our coach was David ... he's so dang friendly and welcoming! It was a packed class and we didn't want to take up too much space, but he made sure to make us feel at home. We drop in to a lot of crossfits when we're on vacation, so this was a supper nice touch. The class kicked our butts! The community was friendly and welcoming. The facility is super clean (they mop the floors between classes even!). I can't recommend this place enough! Will definitely be stopping back here on our next visit to the big island. Mahalo!!!

I just returned and starting all over. I am thrilled of the variety of classes. I just finished the 60 Bikram and said "Why am I doing 90 Mintues?"..Then also took the hot palates and that kicked my muscels unlike the Bikram class. I am off island most of Sept and October and after I will sign up for the monthly committment. It is so Hard!!! All of the teachers make you feel so welcome and positive. Showing up is the first step!
