Then they had a person calling me this morning to tell me they were available now in which I let their Ai assistant know prior I wasn't availble in the am. . The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! I recommend these businesses have a live customer service person answering their phones. it was a wasted time, and lots of miscommunication with their AI system.

The techs diagnosed the problem, which was rather difficult because it was a wire that was chafed through outside. They fix the problem and were great to work with.
