Pretty bummed, thought I found a good coffee spot. Even have 8 punches at this point. The last three times have left me disappointed, and today will be my final visit... First time had to run back to the counter cause my drink was incorrect from the first 3 times I got the same drink. Second time they were suppose to put my drink and ice in separate containers because I had to drive to work and was surprising a coworker. Third time, I asked for it to be extra sweet,THEY forgot. I had to walk back up just to be charged .70.... Don't mind paying for what I get, but when the mistake is not mine and I had to go out of my way to fix it I would think a company would be more helpful. The Fix has one of my absolute favorite drinks of all time to get at a drive-through coffee/tea spot: It's the apple pie chai. I don't know what they put in the thing but it's AMAZING! And a must try if you are a chai lover or a non-coffee fan. It's not always on the menu so you gotta go in fall to enjoy it. I've heard good things about their coffee, too. I just can't personally speak to how good it is. Service was friendly, the line moves fast and overall a solid spot in South Tempe to get quick drive-through coffee or tea. This is located in a tiny parking lot across the street from the Costco. Luckily, there was one bench that was a walk away from their site where my crony and I could sip on our matcha and coffee. Unfortunately, I wished that I asked for less ice on both my drinks... This is one of those places that fills your cup with 90% ice. Even with less ice, the ice still takes up around 55% of your cup. And - it's just a drive thru. Yes, there's a walk up option and a few parking spots, but in all my years of getting My Fix, I've yet to see anyone do that. Their menu is standard fare - lots of caffeinated coffee, tea & energy drink options and a few food items. Pricing is comparable to other shops / chains. The iced coffee isn't horrible - sometimes it has a bit of a burnt taste but not anything over-powering. i usually love The Fix, so today I went with the Falling Leaves Latte. this was just alright. the description said "maple pancake and macadamia nut" and I thought it sounded interesting. I did get a shot of espresso, and caramel drizzle. I also ordered the drink with white coffee instead. as white coffee is a nuttier flavor, I don't know that I would get it again. The description also mentioned cinnamon topping, which they forgot. Would I get it again? Probably not, if I'm honest. The service was great, and everyone was super friendly. The line was verrrrrrrry slow, and when I got to the window to pick my drink up (I ordered ahead for pick up), they seemed frazzled and hadn't made it yet. After driving past this corner daily without stopping for 6 years (no joke-I moved to the area in 2018!!), I finally found the perfect moment to stop by The Fix. One sip and I fell in love!! I ordered the number one recommended drink on the menu, which is the Chai Latte with special brown sugar and vanilla syrup. Yummmmmmmmmmm!!!!! Oh, also, rookie mistake, I ordered a Large because I had a long list of errands to run in the morning, but OMG, I was still sipping the last bit at 6pm!! The staff was so friendly and even made a few remarks on my car decor. Overall, super fast service considering this is a drive-thru. They made the wait time small-talk comfortable. Moved here recently and was looking to for a place that has lotus energy like I had back at home and found it. I'm not a coffee drinker so I was so thrilled to find this place. I've had a build your own drink, pink base lotus, with cherry and coconut milk topper with the fix fusion and the prickly punch fusion both so amazing. Lotus gives you energy without the crash. My husband the coconut key lime drink, which is an excellent summer drink. The service was very fast and the ladies are really nice and very helpful with everything. To preface - I am not a coffee person. My friend originally introduced The Fix to me, and she was SO excited to show me her favourite coffee place! I know nothing about coffee, what I like, or what I don't like, but I really enjoyed how this place has an active Instagram account to almost help with those decisions. Service was very fast; it's drive through only, so you don't even have to get out of the car. When the drive through is busy, they have someone taking your order as you wait in line (like what In n Out does), so you're not just waiting to order when you get to the window which is nice. I've gone here twice now. I got the employee recommendation/specialty drink both times, and I have enjoyed them both. They do tend to be on the sweeter side, so you may be able to adjust the sugar level (although I'm not totally sure). What's very enjoyable to me is that the large drink is about $8 (as of October 2024), and is a VERY hefty size for that price. I don't particularly like the taste of coffee, but I felt that the taste for both drinks was there, and was just enough to make me enjoy it. Although... it could also be covered by a ton of sugar, haha. Overall, I really like this place. I don't crave coffee, but I can see myself coming back month to month to at least try the employee specialty drinks. read more

SBL and I found this place on our way home from crazy IKEA. Um Oh Em Geee it is the teeniest, cutest, little coffee drive thru EVER! The fix was as big as my belly button basically and guess what?! The staff in there were just as cute and teeny. I bet they had to be to fit in there. I ordered an iced Mexican horchata mocha. It was pretty tasty but slight on the coffee side. It tasted like hints of flavors. Pretty weak kick, but I'm glad I tried it. The staff were super fun and personable. From someone who loves coffee and exploring different coffee shops, I absolutely love The Fix! They have a stamp card, white coffee (for my white coffee lovers) which is rare to find besides Dutch bros and Gravity. They offer many sugar free syrups and the espresso itself is amazing. Stopped by on a Saturday around 10, apparently before the rush because as we were leaving, I saw the line getting longer and going into the street. I was the third car in line and it was quite a bit of a wait. You don't order where the board is, you order at the window so that may be why. The staff was nice and engaged in friendly conversation. I got a kids peach smoothie for my son, apple juice for my daughter, and an iced cozy cabin chai without whip and with toasted marshmallow cold foam instead. All of the drinks were really good. The chai was a bit on the sweet side but I am sure getting the marshmallow cold foam added to that sweetness so I wouldn't do that next time. Overall it was a good stop. The prices are good. The girls were really friendly and the girl in the back whipped up my drink quickly. I had the Iced Mexican Horchata Mocha which was a smooth and refreshing pick-me-up. Get your coffee fix at The Fix! The menu seems similar to another drive thru coffee shop that references siblings from the Netherlands. This shop might be perhaps a bit pared down on preset offerings though. No matter, after my experience here I prefer them over this competitor. I spied the German chocolate mocha and knew I had to try this out. Their sizes for iced coffees are 16 oz (S), 24 oz (M) and 32 oz (L) but you can also have your drink hot as well. The German chocolate mocha has caramel, chocolate, and coconut with chocolate milk as your dairy mixer. Ordering is done at the window and my drink was made as fast as a Salad and Go order! The price seemed decent for the medium (Around $5) and if you pay by credit card they'll ask you if you want to leave a tip and if so, how much tip you want to leave. My drink was tasty! It was definitely channeling that German chocolate cake vibe and I could taste each different flavor in the mocha. The coffee flavor in it was not very noticeable. A cool option they also have at this drive thru are snobowls/shaved ice. As for other non-coffee options, they have items such as tea, Red Bull flavored drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies, a few baked goods and oatmeal. If I'm in the area again needing a drive thru coffee place I'll be sure to stop by here again. read more

This place is in a cute little quiet location. There were only a few cars in line and went by pretty quick. I ordered the white chocolate macadamia breve iced. I was kinda disappointed it didn't come with syrup on the sides of the cup since I saw other drinks did. The drink was okay, not good enough for me to come back. We go to The Fix 2-3 times a month. It's our little treat. Today, we stopped by and ordered our usual drink, which is the iced Chai Tea with horchata added in. It tasted like chocolate milk. It also didn't look how it usually looked. We also ordered a salted Carmel pumpkin latte, iced. Literally, very minimal flavor at all. I couldn't taste either flavors. If I were home I would have added sugar to it. How is that possible? Just disappointing today. We came here for a smoothie. We wanted something refreshing without caffeine that could be healthy. We saw that they had smoothies here and thought to swing by. Unfortunately, the smoothies are a no go for us. We had a mango and a peach one. Both were super sweet and it was difficult to drink.
