Pretty much just guessing and without proper diagnosing. If I come to you as a paying customer I expect you to do your job and tell me what the EXACT issue is, not just assume its the most expensive components of the computer without doing proper troubleshooting. Typically with something like this you would start with changing out the RAM and seeing if anything changes. Both CPU and Motherboard were still under warranty so I replaced those parts and brought them to him to install. He then claimed one of my ram sticks were bad ( which I believe to be the issue all along). For whatever reason he wiped out both of my hard drives on my computer. Without even informing me. One of which had 2 tb of storage. Completely unacceptable. When I brought him the last part I stated to him that I needed windows installed. ( If he was actually legit he would have known that windows was already installed on the M2 drive). Esentially I paid $300.00 and supplied parts for something minor (bad ram). At no point was he clear or communicated the EXACT issue, cost, or anything. I explained to him even if his rate was 75hr he did not spend 4 hours to install 2 parts wipe out my drive and install windows, but he was adamant that this was $300.00 of work. I called him after getting home and hooking up the computer to ask why my hard drives were erased, he played dumb and claimed that he informed me that they would be (Also a lie) and to unplug and plug them back up. I do not find him to be honest or do good business, and I urge people to take their business elsewhere.

There are businesses that you look forward to visiting but cell phone repair venues well ... you just hope they know what they are doing, are able to complete their work timely, and perhaps have prices below the price you think they are going to charge. From my very first telephone call to UBREAKIFIX in Glassboro New Jersey through my saying goodbye as I walked out with my repaired cell phone I received nothing but superb, friendly, and professional service from the staff at this repair outlet. I should mention that they are a Google authorized repair shop, which is good news because if they weren't around I'd have to ship my phone to Google and wait for them to ship back to me. I went in to purchase a phone that I had already looked everything up online and double checked with an customer service rep over the phone so I knew cost plan and everything . But I decided I wanted to be impatient and pick the phone up in person . So I go to this location and begin processing everything . Add the line , the store personnel unpacks the phone and begins updating the phone not even importing the information yet . When the rep was unable to properly set up my plan she called into AT&T and proceeded to impersonate me ! Instead of advising the customer service rep that she was store personnel ! Like this is insane! Then my original rep from AT&T customer service calls me back as her and I previously discussed Incase the store had an issues or the phone wasn't available.I guess I had an intuition that it would be nonsense ! So I asked the store rep to cancel everything , this woman tells me oh there will be a $55 restocking fee !!! Like I haven't even touched that phone ! They are so unprofessional! When I requested a manager I get told only this lady was available and she was the manager . The lady helping me had slippers on and was in a sweat outfit ! The other in store rep who said she was the manager was in a stained shirt and leggings . Since when does a big company like that not manage personnel and allow the "manager" to be so Sunday clean around the house casually dressed for work ! Ugh I would not go to this location .
